we had a wonderful time at Robert's place. Everything was as described. the island is a perfect getaway for anyone that wants to go on an adventure and get away from the hustle and bustle. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook, it was perfect! Everything was well thought of in this home. On a side note, golf carts need to be booked months in advance and are pretty pricey and we hoped to walk around the island but we're told upon checkin that was not allowed. we could only go to the beach and back to the property. You could walk along the beach though.

Awesome location, located right in between the Gulf and bay! The unit was nicely remodeled, had comfortable furniture and had a beachy vibe. Englewood was hit pretty hard by 2 hurricanes recently, so things are not back to normal, including the deeded beach access and bay access. We're also hosts in Englewood, so we're very understanding of that and it didn't stop us from enjoying the place!

The Cottages were great hosts. The place had all the accommodations needed to make us feel right at home. Everything was clean and well kept. We particularly appreciated how stocked the house was, plenty of beach/pool towels, beach equipment (chairs, wagon), and all the other amenities we expected. The elevator is a great touch. I never thought we would need/want one, but with kids, beach gear, groceries, etc. it made a huge difference. We didn’t need much during our stay, but when we reached out, the host was very responsive. Overall, a great location, great house, and excellent host. Highly recommended.

A very peaceful condo with a great view. Easy walk to the beach or sit on the comfy balcony and enjoy the view. The condo was very cute but spacious. It’s also a short walk to the nearest restaurant with entertainment. The island is still working to recover from the devastating hurricanes but this place was a slice of heaven. Also very good communication.

Chris was a very responsive host. During our stay he spent a day working on his boat in the back. He was very friendly, but also respected our privacy. The house met all of our expectations and our kids loved the pool. The neighborhood was great to walk through and each house offered fantastic curb appeal. With 3 kids under the age of 6, the 10-12 minute walk to the beach was a little long, but Chris’ wagon and beach supplies helped! The golf cart would have been ideal, but without a place to park near the beach we didn’t have much use for it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the entire family agrees we’d love to go back. Nothing beats waking up and walking to the beach within 3 minutes. We really enjoyed all the beach amenities provided for our use. It made our trip so easy! Although the area is still cleaning up after the hurricane, it is heartwarming to watching this beautiful community come together. Very friendly neighbors, everyone always greeted us with a, "Good morning!" Thank you for making our trip stress-free for my husband's birthday. We have a soft spot for Manasota Key now, and can't wait to come back!

Can’t say enough good things about the house and Steven. The house was beautiful, it was everything we could’ve wanted and to have the additional beach supplies readily available was amazing! Steven answered so quickly and was happy to help however he could. 10/10 for us!!

Chris and Kalyn were great hosts! We had a couple of questions while we were staying there and they were extremely responsive to all of our needs! The house is gorgeous. We had a couple young kids with us so the stairs were a little tricky but manageable! The beds were extremely comfortable. Overall great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. It's a very short walk to the beach, and the beach is one of the nicest we've been to in Florida. Steve was a great communicator and very responsive. The property is very convenient to restaurants and what-not. I would highly recommend.

Everything that David described was up to expectations. The location was perfect near everything we wanted to do and lots of great restaurants. The only down side was the small shower, but it was clean. The beach access was a plus. We felt like we had this place to ourselves, we were able to have the pool to ourselves on 2 separate occasions. We were able to walk to nearby restaurants and the excursions we planned for. The grill was a nice touch although we didn’t notice it till our last day. So if you plan to stay here, here’s a little heads up!! We give this place a 5 star rating overall and will plan to stay here again in the future.

We loved staying at this home! The location was perfect for our needs. It was an extremely easy walk to the restaurants and the beach. It was even manageable for our 5 year old who loved the walks. Waking up and having a morning coffee looking out over Lyons Bay was so peaceful. We would definitely stay here again.

This place was amazing and equipped with more then you can imagine. plenty of beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels and pool floats. from crock pots to blenders, this place has it all. On the bay with a little private seawall and dock for fishing. short walk across the street to the ocean. close to several fabulous restaurants. You can watch the sunrise from the main house master bedroom if you choose or from the pool or front lawn then enjoy sunsets at the ocean. we saw dolphins and manatees right from the pool area. We even enjoyed the local trolleys to go to dinner. this place is a gem and so spacious. Be sure to look closely at the trees in the driveway as there were iguanas that we enjoyed watching as well as armadillos and bunnies. you won't be disappointed with Joannes place.

My daughters & I stayed in Nokomis for a spring break beach trip. Dan's place was exactly as described in the listing. The entire place was clean and tastefully decorated. It had everything we needed for our stay. We used the paddle boards and kayaks during our stay, as well as the beach chairs & umbrella. It was so nice to have everything for the beach available for us to borrow. Nokomis Beach is only a few minutes from the condo. We enjoyed several short trips to Venice for restaurants and coffee shops. Dan responded quickly to any questions I sent. We had an excellent stay at Dan's and would definitely stay there again!

The house is a new renovation and Dana is still putting up finishing touches. Overall, the house served our needs and we all were happy with the house and location

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful vacation home. Bradley was very responsive to messages and he and Derek were in the area and frequently asked if we needed anything during our stay. We have never had such a positive experience with vacation owners as we had with the owners during this trip. The property was gorgeous, clean, and completely modern with updated appliances and wonderful views of the ocean water from the deck- we spent a lot of time hanging out there because it was so comfortable and clean. The amenities were great and the owners truly thought of everything from small touches of a welcome basket to toiletries, linens and towels- it was more than we expected. It was an amazing vacation and we would definitely rent from Casa Key LLC again!

This is the right place if you want to disconnect. We brought enough groceries for our week’s stay and were able to truly unplug and relax, which is what we needed.

Varinia was very responsive and helpful. She was thoughtful and checked in. Place was just as described and had everything we needed. So close to private beach and own clean pool. We had a great stay at a great place!

Sheryl’s responsiveness and care for us was unmatched. We had an issue with the property that she resolved immediately and even called me personally to make sure my friends and I were taken care of. Great location and outstanding customer service.

We had a wonderful visit to Casey Key while staying at Christopher and Michelle's place. The pool and hot tub are great amenities and the house was perfect for our needs. Everything was clean and comfortable and the hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had. We hope to return soon!

Beautiful views from this beach bungalow that provided lots of amenities - comfy beds, plush towels, well-stocked kitchen, beach chairs, etc plus extras like a bottle of wine and sunscreen. We really enjoyed our time here. The only negative was the lack of a solid door on the main bedroom. It’s a slatted closet door so it limited privacy and was not quiet if anyone was in the kitchen. Still, we’d highly recommend it for the location and the completely updated cottage!
