I spent two weeks in Florin 's house. The house was impeccably clean and very well maintened, with all the amenities needed to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The house is located in a very peaceful area, close to public transport, perfect! Florin was a very attentive and responsive host during our interactions. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable place!

Stayed here for two nights while attending a friends wedding nearby. Great location also for some bird watching around Rutland Water, especially the Ospreys at Lyndon. Accommodation was perfect, set in a beautiful walled garden. We had everything we needed and the place was pristine. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if in the area.

I had booked 2 of Anjus accommodation for guests travelling from abroad to attend a wedding. Everyone loved the accommodations - they were spacious, clean and suited the needs of our guests. Ideal spot for a very relaxed couple of days with friends. The house is spacious, comfortable and excellently equipped for young families. We loved being able to walk to the local park and pub, both a short stroll through the pretty village. The generous garden and friendly ponies at the end of the lane were both big bonuses for us! Claire was great at answering our questions and sent very helpful info ahead of our stay. We’d definitely stay again.

An excellent place to say and great communication from Cara. On-site parking made arrival and unloading really easy, and it's a relatively short walk into East Leake centre where there are plenty of amenities.

Craig was the perfect host, probably the best we've ever had on AirBnB. The flat is in a great location, minutes walk from the centre of Nottingham and the Ice Arena with lots of shops and restaurants nearby, yet we could sleep with the windows open and it was perfectly quiet, like being in a small village instead of a busy city centre. Lots of thoughtful touches from bottles of water, pastries and biscuits to essentials like cooking oil, salt and pepper, plenty of toilet rolls, tissues, a toothbrush, you name it and Craig has thought of it. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend, and hopefully we'll be back next year.

Great 2 nights over Easter in this quiet corner of rural Rutland. Great for our dogs and us to rest our heads after a day of exploring. There is no pub or shop unless u drive but we made use of the more than adequate self catering amenities and settled in each night with a bottle of wine and a film. Bath is also divine bring some bath foam

Philip went the extra mile in every way to help with our stay, meeting us on arrival to local restuarant recommendations. The apartment was functional and well located.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful apartment. It was just a one night stay whilst we were attending an event nearby lovely and warm on arrival immaculately clean and comfortable beds.

We stayed here when we went to Twycross Zoo and we were very impressed! Such a beautiful place and area- ideal for a few nights away. It’s located in a stunning village which also offers a variety of walks. The shower was also lovely and warm. The balcony was my mums favourite part, which allowed us to see the stunning views whilst sharing a bottle of wine! Thank you for letting us to stay in your beautiful place

This is one of the best Airbnb places we have stayed at. The location and the apartment are amazing. private , very clean and an amazing host. We stayed here for a few days after a very long journey and felt right at home. Kids were very happy. Place is quiet and private. Great location. Thank you Kam for being a great host.

Place was ideal and fit for purpose. Having an enclosed driveway to park my car in was a useful add on feature.

In a perfect spot right in the centre of Nottingham, walkable to bars, restaurants, Motorpoint, Nottingham castle etc. great to have the outside terrace to chill out in. Will book again if needed.

Great place, much bigger than the photos show! Had everything I need for my stay. Clean and fresh. Well worth the money.

+ On the positive side, as with other Mihir's apartments, its very clean, perfectly well equipped, modern, comfortable. We enjoyed the nice TV set with subscriptions to Netflix and other streaming services. The kitchen is amazing and complimentary coffee and others treats were much appreciated. The 2 bedrooms are clean with quality sheets and mattresses. The bathrooms are just perfect. Arrival is in full autonomy with clear instructions provided. Congratulations to Mihir for his dedication to being a great host providing a comfortable experience to his guests - As mentioned in the description, the neighbourhood is not very nice (dark alleys, pigeons everywhere, seemingly abandoned buildings). On top of that there happened to be big construction works next door and it was very noisy on Monday and Tuesday, beginning at 7:30AM

I stayed at The Hayloft whilst looking for a place to rent of my own, the house became like my home and I truly enjoyed the peacefulness of the countryside and how private it felt. The house was pristine and they had a newly renovated bathroom and kitchen, it was amazing to get a chance to use their place as a stepping stone. I would’ve loved to have stayed on. The hosts were extremely nice and responded to all my queries, I’ll definitely be back and would recommend them to everyone I know and don’t know!

Kiki was super helpful and responded quickly . The condo was comfortable and walking distance to restaurants and markets.

This is a great apartment. All you need for a comfortable stay. We had the delight of lovely weather too. It is up 2 flights of stairs but very manageable 🙂

We had a fantastic few days at Mayfield. Sue was a great host, always quick to respond and very helpful. Mayfield was extremely comfortable and everything was top quality. The conservatory and back garden are a real haven of tranquillity and made for a really peaceful and relaxing few days. Sue had left us lots of little extras and there was a fabulous selection of teas too! It was an easy, short walk into Oakham which was great. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sue’s place.
