The Little Barn, log fired luxury

Whether you want to curl up by the log fire, visit stately Belvoir Castle, walk the canal paths or visit the decadent Chocolate Cafe, you will come back to a stylish, comfortable newly converted little barn. It has a kitchen with Neff combi oven, induction hob, small fridge freezer, breakfast bar and Franke belfast sink. Upstairs to bespoke double bed and en-suite shower room. Bedroom and downstairs sitting room have french windows. Fast internet via cat6 cable to router make remote working easy

Unique Countryside hideaway

Unique rural retreat perched on a hill in open countryside with breathtaking views. The Retreat is a self-contained 3 bedroom home adjacent to our barn conversion in 13 acres. The barn was converted by ourselves over two levels - one ground floor and one underground (don't worry it is very light and airy on the lower floor!) The perfect place for a countryside getaway to totally relax and unwind. Great walking and cycling on your doorstep or just switch off, chill out and enjoy the space.

The Den self-contained annex.

The Den is a self- contained annex, which is very comfortable for 4 guests. It will provide everything you need for a short or long stay in Melton Mowbray. We provide tea, coffee, bread, milk etc. The property has a fitted kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer. An open living space leads to two bedrooms with king size beds, & a bathroom with a walk in shower. There is parking for two cars on the drive and plenty of on street parking. Check in is from 3pm, & check out is by 10am.

The Barn

The Barn is a rural retreat tucked away at the end of a quiet leafy lane in Colston Bassett in the heart of the beautiful Vale of Belvoir. Ideal for families, walkers, cyclists, gastro enthusiasts or perhaps those just looking to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside, The Barn is a brand new, hand-crafted home built by the architect owner who lives in The Old Farmhouse next door. We also welcome well behaved dogs (we just request a modest fee of £20 per dog per stay)

Shepherd's hut on a farm with a hot tub & Alpacas

Are you looking for a constant 5-* glamping experience with a difference? Come and spend time in our beautiful rustic Shepherd hut, where you can relax in the hot tub with our 3 lovely Alpacas or hang out with Piggy Pop and Stardust. Don't be put off by the weather; you can be wrapped in a blanket or toast marshmallows on the log fire, reading a book, or watching our indoor Cinema. Self contained accommodation, private entrance in beautiful rural setting. Sitting room with log burner and kitchen with oven, fridge, microwave and Nespresso machine. Two bedrooms with shared bath / shower room. We allow up to 2 dogs. We also offer a fully enclosed half acre paddock for exercising them. No street lights so it is a perfect location for stargazing. Village pub 5 mins walk away. Local for Stamford, Belvoir Castle, and Burghley House.

A Grade 2 listed one bedroom self catering cottage in the Heart of Charnwood Forest, set in the idyllic village of Woodhouse Eaves. A fantastic location for anybody visiting the Charnwood Forest area, the Cottage is in minutes walk from pubs, restaurants, cafes and shops. We are close by to the Great central railway and John's House - a Michelin Star restaurant. We offer a discount weekly and monthly.

You will drive off the quiet country road, up the farm track and arrive at Top House Farm where your Shepherds Hut, Hot Tub and BBQ Hut are awaiting. The recently upgraded Shepherds Hut contains a king sized bed, Kitchenette, Dining Area and En-suite Shower Room. The Hot Tub is ready for you on arrival and the BBQ Hut is the best place to settle down for the night around the fire.
