Το Φτερνό είναι ένα ορεινό χωριό της ανατολικής Λευκάδας που βρίσκεται στο μέσο της διαδρομής Νυδριού-Βασιλικής και 29χλμ από την πόλη της Λευκάδας.Σε μικρή απόσταση βρίσκονται οι παραλίες Αφτέλι, Αμμούσω, Αγιοφύλλι,Μικρός Γιάλος κτ.. Η οικία μας προσφέρει άνετα δωμάτια,μεγάλη κουζίνα και μπάνιο. Η ηρεμία του χωριού καθώς και η απίστευτη θέα είναι αυτά που τραβούν την προσοχή κάθε επισκέπτη.. Ο χώρος μας είναι κατάλληλος για ζευγάρια, επαγγελματίες ταξιδιώτες και οικογένειες (με παιδιά).

Το Πατρικό

Το "Πατρικό" είναι ένα παραδοσιακό πέτρινο σπίτι του 19ου αιώνα στο Κατωχώρι Λευκάδας, δίπλα από τη κεντρική πλατεία του χωριού. Ο οικισμός απέχει μόλις δέκα λεπτά από το πολυσύχναστο Νυδρί, είκοσι λεπτά από τους παραλιακούς οικισμούς Σύβοτα, Βασιλική και μισή περίπου ώρα από τη πόλη της Λευκάδας. Το κατάλυμα είναι ιδανικό γι' αυτούς που επιζητούν ήσυχες διακοπές σ' ένα αυθεντικά παραδοσιακό τοπίο, ενώ ταυτόχρονα παρέχει τη δυνατότητα εύκολης πρόσβασης στις φημισμένες παραλίες.

Two private villas,sea & pool view,each with exclusive pool,bbq& stone patio surrounding,privacy, fully equiped and furnished.Prices valid for up to 4 adults and 2 small children in the main villa . Villa has 2 bedrooms with 6 sleeping places , 2 bathrooms,spacious dining room with direct access to the pool and BBQ area through the balconies. Free mobile WIFI and private parking. For more people in the villa rental of basement studio is possible upon agreement with owner.

Geni Sea House

Cosy house in a traditional sea-side village. Wonderful is the opportunity for the visitor to excurse to neighboring islands with his own or a rented boat. The house is situated 8m from the sea with a magnificent sea view! The house is spacious, it has its own bathroom and two bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are tavernas close by. The house is a 5 min drive to Nidri where tavernas and cafes line the water front and where ferries sail to neighboring islands.

Το υπνοδωμάτιο διαθέτει ένα διπλό κρεββάτι. Η πρόσβαση γίνεται με σκαλοπάτια , έχει θέα στην αυλή .Είναι ιδανικό για δύο άτομα, μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει και τρίτο άτομο αφού στον χώρο της κουζίνας υπάρχει πολυθρόνα που γίνεται μονό κρεβάτι.
