Front door has Ring doorbell with audio/camera. Strong wifi throughout. Smart TV in living room. All bedrooms have blackout curtains, fans, chargers.

You can enjoy sitting on the front porch sipping on your morning coffee or enjoy watching your children play in the yard. Corner lot is centrally located in Leesville with walking distance to the nearest park and a short drive to the grocery store. Ruby's Cottage is located 5 miles from Anacoco, La on Lake Vernon. Lake Vernon offers excellent fishing and boating. Guests have access to a large fishing dock with a gazebo and a kayak dock. A public boat launch is located 500 feet from Ruby's Cottage. A private patio with a gas BBQ is provided. A queen size bed, 2 adult bunk beds, a washer & dryer are provided. The kitchen has a 4 burner stove, microwave, and dish washer. A TV with Dish network and free Wi-Fi is provided.

We provide two kayaks and fishing gear so you can hit the water as soon as you arrive. Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen.

Conveniently located less than 5 miles from the Fort Johnson main entrance, making your way to town is only minutes away. Two sides of the property are bordered by forestry land. Enjoy the backyard fire pit, lounge chairs, BBQ grill, corn hole, and oversized Jenga in a private setting. Vernon lake boat ramp is less than 5 miles!
