We really enjoyed our stay! The fully fenced yard was perfect for our dog, and the house was super clean and comfortable. The location was great — close to everything. We also really appreciated the thoughtful touches like having coffee and a well-stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was amazing and so well decorated, we all felt at home right away. It had everything we needed and more. If we are ever in the area again we will definately stay here if it's available. Thank you for being such a wonderful host!!

The house was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals including cooking utensils. I was very happy to have a Keurig coffee maker. The neighborhood was quite and the house was in a great location. The hosts were very responsive as well. It was a great stay!

We are fortunate to have found this place! We traveled for a wedding and had some down time to spend at the Bungalow. We were all impressed with the cleanliness and how comfortable we felt there. The yard was completely fenced and perfect for our dogs to run and play. We have family in Lees Summit and will return to the area and rent again. Enjoyed the local bbq as recommended by our hosts. The house was very comfortable for a group of 14! We each were able to have our own bedrooms and never had an issue with bathroom space or hot water.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Great eclectic decor, which I love. It is just one open basement space, beds on opposite ends. One bed has a curtain on one side you can use. With that said, though it worked well for our needs. It's right in downtown. You can walk to some cute shops and great restaurants. Highly recommend Ginger Sue's. It was truly amazing! Everything in the place was stocked really well. They did a good job making it colorful for the basement space. You do hear some foot traffic above you. It really wasn't an issue, but one evening it was pretty loud and consistent and it was around 10:00 PM. It probably wouldn't bother most people, I know I'm just sensitive to that noise. It really is well worth the stay. Great price and really friendly, helpful hosts!

I've been to Kansas City many times, however, I had never experienced the Westside North before. Fabulous neighborhood with great food and walkable to downtown and the streetcar. The only thing nicer than the neighborhood was the place itself. An older house with a modern feel the spacuous unit allows you to feel right at home. The office nook up front is the perfect size with a view of the street and the spacious garden out the window. The large rooms provide a relaxed feeling and thenthere is a lovely back patio that makes you forget that you are in the heart of the city.

Met some friends for fun weekend. The place was perfect for our stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Chris was an excellent host, provided detailed directions on accessing the garage and check in process. The place is nicely decorated and well equipped, with great views and very quiet on our floor. Everything was smooth and we enjoyed our time there. Thanks for a great weekend!

The space was clean and tidy, and the instructions for check-in and using the amenities were very easy to understand. The host was very responsive and quick to answer any questions. I did make a recommendation during my stay, and I appreciated how open she was to feedback. I would definitely recommend this place!

We enjoyed our stay at Jaymi’s place! The flat was very clean and comfortable with a lot of natural light. There are a lot of great restaurants within walking distance and downtown/crossroads district are a short drive away. I would stay here again.

Very nice place to stay. We stayed here because we were seeing a concert at the TMobile center. It was an easy walk. The hosts left some thoughtful snacks as well. 100% recommend and can't say enough about this place. Loved it

This place was exactly as described and a great stay for me. There is a coffee shop just a short walk away and it's in a very nice neighborhood. I would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay.

Melanie is a great host. Easy to communicate and always ready to help. She is awesome! The place is great for short and long term stays. It comes with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Location is good, easy access to main roads. Stores, markets and restaurants are near by. Neighborhood is safe, no concerns or issues. Assigned parking spot, washer/dryer, 2 floor unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, and a patio to chill makes this place great. I enjoyed staying here and recommend to anyone looking for a place in KC.

Wonderful host, lovely, bright and clean apartment. The bed was very comfortable, the room had everything I needed. Perfect location, within walking distance from the Plaza, and the art museum across the street. Sage knows how to make sure you have everything you need, and to be very welcoming, friendly and attentive, while at the same time giving you all the space and privacy you need - most of the time I barely knew she was there. Thank you, Sage, it was lovely to meet you, I would definitely come back!

Charming condo close to downtown, definitely recommend.

The location is perfect for most anything in the Overland Park & Kansas City area with nearby access to the major routes for the area. I would stay here again just for the excellent location! The exterior of surrounding buildings are definitely showing their age & could use some help, but the inside of this unit has been updated and is obviously maintained. It didn't matter to us, but I wasn't clearly understanding from the listing that there is a coded door to enter on ground level and then a flight of stairs up to the apartment. At the top of those stairs are two doors-one to this unit and one to a neighboring unit. As another guest mentioned, the neighbors have personal belongings outside of their door. Additionally, there is another flight of stairs inside the apartment to get to the master bed/bath. We enjoyed our stay and found the unit well-furnished and with tasteful decor. The guest contact responded timely to questions.

Third time we have stayed here and have had another great experience! We have small children and the place was perfect with very little for us to move to baby proof. Location is everything! So close to great food and highways for easy access to where we were heading! Host is quick to respond and makes the whole process seamless!
