A super cozy piece of history awaits you at the North Perth Nook. Past Nook lives - Photo studio , stain glass studio , corner deli, general store. Built in 1908 this is peak North Perth ! Queen size bed, kitchenette and gorgeous bathroom. Coffee shops, cafes and boutiques are all within walking distance. No car necessary as a short walk to the nearest bus stop with buses running every few minutes into the city centre or the beach. Onsite off street parking if you do have a car.

Bright and airy, self-contained European style 28 M2 studio apartment including kitchen, bathroom and washing machine/dryer on a quiet suburban street in the heart of Mount Hawthorn, 3km from Perth CBD. Bus stop nearby, 15 min to the city and 20 min to the beach! Walking distance to Pubs, shops, cafes and restaurants in Mt Hawthorn and Leederville. Off-street parking available. Best suited for short term stays. Suite 1 is part of our house. It has its own entrance, and consists of a bedroom, a small bathroom, kitchenette (kettle, toaster, bar fridge, microwave - not suitable for cooking full meals), and sitting area on front verandah. 20 mins bus ride to the centre of Perth. Walking distance to cafés, restaurants, shopping centre, and lake. NB: - NO SMOKING on the premises. Those requesting to book must comply with this. Also check Suite No2 by same host.

On the Edge of the City- Perth city and Kings Park

Nestled in one of Perth’s most exclusive streets. In an older and unassuming building than its wealthy neighbours. The renovated private studio apartment has its own special touches. On the city’s doorstep, adjacent to the highway and a short walk to King's Park. The footbridge just outside the complex crosses into the city. Complimentary Wi-Fi is basic use only and shared throughout the building. Can be slow and limited at times. Free parking is on a first come first served basis.

Leederville on the Park

Located at 14 Brentham St Leederville. Surrounded by parkland and a great courtyard this villa has to be seen to be believed! The villa provides parking for 2 cars on the property and is light and bright with good vibe. Situated 1km from a cafe strip the villa is handy to a great continental deli bottle shop and lots of good restaurants if you don't feel like cooking. Recently renovated and refurbished with new furniture, flooring and appliances the villa is modern and welcoming.

Your own very private area includes a beautiful Bedroom, Lounge with microwave, fridge and kettle and Bathroom all overlook the pool. This space is downstairs which is quite separate from the main house. Please note we live upstairs but all of downstairs area is yours except the laundry is shared.

One bedroom self-contained apartment

Adults only - our one bedroom apartment provides all amenities and is about 5km from Perth CBD. There's easy access to the freeway. Subiaco or Leederville shopping and restaurants are a mere 5 minutes away. It's a small hop, skip 'n jump to Cottesloe or City Beach.
