Évalué gîte de tourisme 4* en 2024 **** Ambiance glamour face à la montagne : suite parentale, sauna, baignoire 2 personnes, immense douche à l'italienne... En rez-de-jardin d'un chalet à 15mn du domaine skiable de Manigod (liaison skiable La Clusaz), et 25mn d'Annecy. Le propriétaire vit dans le chalet au dessus mais le gîte est totalement indépendant et sans espaces communs ni avec d'autres locataires, ni avec les hôtes. Parking 2 voitures. Possibilité option ménage à régler sur place : 30€.

Ce magnifique chalet est situé dans une impasse très tranquille, avec du stationnement gratuit. C'est l'endroit idéal pour se détendre toute l'année, avec sa vue imprenable et son salon cosy avec cheminée. Il a été rénové, en juillet 2016, à un niveau élevé, avec le confort de nos clients comme priorité. Accès facile aux fantastiques stations de ski de La Clusaz et du Grand Bornand et à 30 minutes en voiture du spectaculaire lac d'Annecy. J'ai hâte de partager mon beau chalet avec vous.

THE MAZOT - This beautiful wooden chalet can accommodate 4 people + Baby. Comprising two independent bedrooms, one on a mezzanine under a sloping roof with reduced height and a master suite on the garden level accessible only from the outside...no access from the inside. A 100 ml des pistes de ski de fond; golf à 300 mètres. Lieux calme, entouré de montagne, prairie, forêt et rivière. Draps et linges de toilette fournis. Local à ski et rangement: +15m2. Terrasse et jardin idéal pour enfants.

Le P'tit Crêt

Chalet individuel avec vue dégagée sur la chaîne des Aravis situé dans un petit lotissement après le "Nant Robert et Le Crêt du Bouchet" à 2,5 kms du centre du village. Voiture indispensable. ATTENTION ! le chalet n'est pas isolé et selon périodes dans la journée et aussi week-end, passage fréquent de véhicules menant aux habitations plus haut. Nous ne sommes en aucun cas responsables et nous ne maitrisons pas le flux de voitures devant le chalet (route réservée aux riverains).
