Our property is located in a gated area & is fully equipped on 18 acres for your short/long term stay- ATV trail riding, hiking, kayaking, fishing, wildlife watching on our acreage (see boundary map). Located between the Kiamichi River (access on property) & Simmons Mountains. Ride-in access to national forest trails in the area. Reliable Starlink internet on site!

Welcome to our little piece of paradise. Our carriage house is upstairs and has amazing views. One bedroom with a King bed is located on the main floor with a deck off the bedroom. The main bathroom has a jacuzzi tub/shower combo. Flat screen TV with Xbox 1. The other two bedrooms are located in the open lofts. They have to be accessed by the ladder/stairs in the pictures. You will have access to our private pond and as much fishing as you would like. We also have kayaks you are welcome to use.

Enjoy everything - the sunrooms porch swing, the campfire, the cozy sitting/reading room or play family games in the large yard or board games in the dining room. Cook a large meal, host a cookout or just unwind in the shade.
