The Lake Home sits on a flat 2.73 acre waterfront property. This listing offers (2) bedrooms, and 1-1/2 baths. Spacious open floor plan Great Room area with windows overlooking beautiful yard and lake. The back porch offers a peaceful haven for reading, relaxing and socializing. Property boasts quiet surroundings and privacy. Lounging , sunbathing, fishing, socializing, swimming, and relaxation on the pier. Owner is on the property but stays in a separate dwelling. Enjoy sitting and dining on this spacious porch overlooking the main channel of Lay Lake. It is truly one of the best spots on the lake!! Escape to this beautiful lake house and start making memories! This 2 bedroom 1 bath is fully equipped with everything you need for a stress free vacation. You will have your own boat launch, pier and 2 jet ski docks. Relax in the evenings enjoying the fire while making smores. Charcoal grill located near the dining area. Fuel and supplies at nearby marina.

Your family vacation search ends here at this cozy cabin with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and all the things you need for a home away from home comfort. The water is just a few steps from the screened porch. You also have use of the PWC ports and the dock for your boat, fishing, and swimming. Fire pit perfect for s’mores all year! Hungry? Lakehouse on Lay Lake with the most amazing sunsets and year round water. There’s a MBR on the main floor with a large bathroom and jacuzzi tub. 3 king beds upstairs with full or twins in each room. 1 large full bath with 2 showers. 1 half bath with laundry room on main, plus an outdoor bathhouse. Shallow 3-4 ft water & private boat ramp and large pier. Big yard with a hammock. Big porch. Pool and ping pong tables, kayaks and paddle board. Swimming pool heated Mar-Oct. Spa heated year round.
