This is such a unique quaint apartment, nestled above an incredible café, where you wake up, smelling cinnamon rolls being baked. The apartment has an industrial flare and it is open and spacious. It is very updated and well stocked with amenities. Loved having my own parking spot and being able to walk around in Brown County without worrying about parking. The restaurant below has incredible food and wonderful people that come in to gather I highly recommend a stay !

We have stayed at Mikala's a couple time now! Always our landing place for a weekend in Bloomington. We love being close to town but just far enough away! Mikala and her husband are very friendly and helpful. Thanks again!

Our stay at Brooke's place was perfect! Location, amenities, decor, cleanliness...all 10/10. Our daughter is a freshman at IU so if Brooke's place is available, we will definitely book again. Very spacious place and two parking spaces was a plus. A ton of food and shopping options within walking distance. Can't say enough great things about this place and Brooke's attention to detail and thoughtful outreach to check in our stay multiple times.

I really enjoyed my stay here, and Evan and Kinsey were great hosts that were easy to communicate with! Very clean and cozy space!

Can’t really talk this place up enough! Me and a few buddies I served with came to pay our respects to a fellow soldier that had passed and needed somewhere to stay that fits up to 5. This place was perfect! Plenty of room and everything you could possibly want/need and then some! We will be back for sure next visit can’t recommend this place enough and for such a great price! Highly recommend this place! My husband and I were amazed of how great the house was. We both felt safe and comfortable. The house has a style that gives Boho vibes. Which we loveddd!!! Jaci, was such an amazing host. She was communicative and provided clear instructions.

This was such a stunning and personally curated cozy space to getaway and relax with my 12 year old pup who looooooved the backyard. So peaceful and the lane it was located on was just secluded enough to feel private and peaceful

We felt right at home during our overnight trip, and would have been very happy during a longer stay. Lovely and open living and dining areas were ideal for our group of 5. Comfortable beds, and very clean. The location was fantastic, with some great restaurants within a 10 minute drive. When we return to Bloomington we will first check for availability here before looking elsewhere!

All I wanted was a peaceful night in with my two daughters and I got exactly that. We were able to cook together and watch a movie. There were even cards there and my daughter loves Uno so we played many rounds of that. We were also so lucky to see the most beautiful blue jay and a goldfinch off of the beautiful back patio space. I would recommend this space to anyone.

We had a wonderful stay at Kathy’s place. It was very clean, organized, cozy, and nicely decorated. The view off the screened porch is beautiful-especially in the fall. Kathy was responsive and flexible. We were visiting for an IU football game weekend so we didn’t get to spend as much time relaxing and enjoying it as we would have liked. Will definitely stay here again when back in the area!

Loved my peaceful, relaxing stay at Leila’s treetop hideaway! From the quiet of the day to the visits from deer at dusk to the bright twinkle of stars at night, the comfort of the updated rooms welcomed and soothed my soul. There are also lots of opportunities for exploring, hiking, and enjoying the lake close by. Even with extreme heat outside, I was comfortable inside with the AC units and ceiling fans. I’m looking forward to my next visit!
