The entire home was amazing , my kids enjoyed it so much we had to ask to stay one more day! It was very accessible to get into the river to swim and to fish ! We all had a great time ! Looking forward to our next vacation to rent it again !

Home was exactly as described, very cozy and suited our needs perfectly. Kerry Ann was an amazing host, super helpful and responsive! The location was perfect, as we were there for my son’s tournament at Rotary Park. The neighborhood was so peaceful and the hot tub was a bonus! Would definitely stay again. Great place to stay. I’ve done this a lot and I’ve never had little amenities that were important provided. Keurig cups were provided for coffee, hot cocoa, etc.. what was really nice is the host also provided plastic cutlery and paper plates paper cups, etc. This made it so simple for meals. She described the parking very accurately. We were four professional bass fisherman with our vehicles and four boats, and we fit in the driveway. Yeah we stuck out a few feet into the street, but no more than a normal car with parking on the street. The game room was very nice. I’m sure in the summertime. It would be hot since it’s a converted garage. But it had darts it had all kinds of stuff for kids and adult adults. I would recommend this place. Especially to those who have toys that they tow around.

Everything was great with this house, it was very clean and well stocked with all the necessities. My team had plenty of room in this very well-organized home. We booked this house due to its close location to our project. Our duration was approximately two months with absolutely no issues. The host was very communicative, answered any questions with kindness, and was very understanding about our business there. To me that is great customer service, in most places you will never hear from anyone. Defiantly Would recommend this house to everyone. Thank you so very much for your hospitality. Adam’s place was as described and more . Very beautiful lovey homie feeling house . Couch’s were comfy , outside inclosed sitting area was my favorite. Plenty of seating out there , We got front row seats of the thunderstorm and lighting show . Very clean , and stocked with everything you needed , ( only suggestion bring an iron if you are like my dad and need to iron everything). The neighborhood was quiet , neighbors were friendly. Close to food spots and markets . We’ll definitely be staying with Adam’s properties again . Thank you again Adam and co-hosts for offering your hospitality and beautiful property!

A great stay! Perfect fit for my family of 5 and a great retreat during the soccer tournament. Huge common area with plenty of seating. My kids loved the pool/game room with additional lounging space. Kitchen had everything you need. The house is super clean and updated. And the host is very responsive. Quiet street. And so so close to the rotary park. Will be back next year!

We would rate Evolve's place as one of the nicest, best located, and real value of all the places we have stayed. The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, and was an easy walk to all the sites we wanted to see. Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful house.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Jannette’s beautiful home near the river, and it was truly an amazing experience! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the serene surroundings and the stunning views of the water. The house itself was immaculate and well-appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The decor was stylish and modern, yet it maintained a cozy, homey feel. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the living spaces were spacious and inviting. Jannette is an exceptional host, providing clear communication and was incredibly accommodating to my family's needs, which we appreciated very much. Overall, our stay at this river view home was nothing short of perfect. If you're looking for a tranquil getaway with beautiful scenery in a comfortable, well-maintained home, this is the place to be. Highly recommended!

this place was the best. the host thought of everything. it was so quiet at night we had the best night sleep. the house was so clean and so nice. we really enjoyed our stay.

Mi familia y yo nos alojamos desde el 30 de agosto hasta el 2 de septiembre fue una experiencia maravillosa la que pasamos con mi familia la casa muy amplia y bien limpia tiene todo lo que necesitas en un hogar, la zona muy tranquila y segura! Todo esta cercas desde los casinos y el rio, la verdad me encanto, gus y su esposa estubieron al pendiente de nuestras necesidades todos los dias que estuvimos alli! si dios lo permite regresaré el proximo ańo espero este desocupada!

Unfortunately my husband became quite ill during our stay and needed to be hospitalized 2 hours away. Ryan and his team went above and beyond to support me during this time, even coming to feed and let my dog out while I was at the hospital. Due to my husbands illness, we were required to stay in Bullhead City and Ryan made sure we had a new house to stay at as long as we needed. Again he and his team worked hard to ensure the house was ready for us. It meant so much to us that people we never met before went above and beyond to make sure that this time of stress was made easier for us. I will never forget their kindness and compassion.

The house is spacious with good separation of space. The upper and lower patios were great and being right on the water was super. The views were incredible!

This house was great and very spacious. Tammy responded very quick and family friendly. (The only thing) that we wish would had been better was the main living room tv service which left us not able to watch tv in the living room for everyone to see and spend time watching. Over all great location with Walmart being less than 5 minutes. Definitely a house I would come back too.

Justin’s place was just what I was looking for. A nice big, clean kitchen, a very comfortable bed, and a beautiful outdoor deck. The air conditioning was nice and cold as well. I also liked that I could park my vehicle inside the gate. Justin was always very responsive if there was an issue. I would definitely go back.

A family get away here was definitely what we needed this home was very open and had enough room for about seven of us. We enjoyed our view and the place itself very clean . Only issue we had was a shower in the master bedroom with the water not turning on but surly enough we got it to work nothing negative !!

House was great for a weekend stay. Right on the water, private dock houses a boat and wave runners. House was clean and well stocked. Ryan was friendly, responsive, and easy to reach. Thanks for hosting us! We’d love to come back!
