Unsere Zwei-Zimmer-Wohnung befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Lage, in einem Einfamilienhaus mit separatem Zugang. Die Wohnung ist groß und hell und verfügt über 40 qm Terrasse. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants gibt es in Laufnähe. Egal ob Messe, Innenstadt, Christkindelsmarkt oder Bahnhof. In maximal 20 Minuten seid ihr mit Bus oder S-Bahn am Ziel. Wenn ihr Erholung braucht, spazieren gehen oder joggen wollt, findet ihr viel Natur direkt vor der Haustüre.

Wohnung, im ersten Stock, zwei offenen Schlafbereichen (keine abgeschlossenen Räume) Kletterdach, Balkone in alle Himmelsrichtungen. Ins Schlafdach führt eine steile Treppe! Das Doppel-Schlafsofa ist allerdings im unteren Wohnbereich. Gartenanteil mit Feuerstelle, Außensauna. Voll ausgestattet Küche, mit Gasherd.. Gewürze sind vorhanden, Kaffee müsst ihr selber mitbringen. Im Sommer wird das Brauchwasser über die Solaranlage erwärmt. Es kann etwas dauern bis bei Wolken die Heizung anspringt.

Die Ferienwohnungen sind mit Allem ausgestattet, um Ihnen einen gemütlichen und erholsamen Aufenthalt zu bieten. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt und verfügt über einen überdachten Grillplatz mit Holzkohlegrill.

Außerdem liegt die Unterkunft nah an den historischen Städten Altdorf, Lauf und Röthenbach, die zu Erkundungsausflügen einladen. Viele Wanderwege, wie der bekannte "Fränkische Dünenweg" oder der Moritzberg, starten direkt vor der Haustür. Für Kinder gibt es einen kleinen Streichelzoo mit 2 Kamerun Schafen.
