Modern, Newly updated living space. Clean lines, Bright, well lit and comfortable. Feels like home. Private entrance, secure location, locked stairwell & hallway. Brand New 1/1 Apt (#5) Walk to Downtown

Enjoy this stylish, 1/1 apartment within walking distance to downtown Florence and UNA! This apartment was renovated in late 2022 so everything is brand new! 1 queen bedroom with blackout curtains and a washer/dryer combo in the unit. The kitchen has everything you need to whip up a quick meal for those nights you want to stay in and watch streaming TV on the comfy couch. Parking for 1 car is free and just in front of the unit. *There is a 2nd 1 bed/1 bath next door that is also available.

Perfect weekend getaway! The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Country feel but just minutes from restaurants and shopping. Extra parking if needed. UNA /downtown is 4.6 miles away. Stretch out on a KING size bed. Control your comfort with two ductless A/C units. Drinks and snacks provided. Our VIZIO SMART tv has YouTube TV provided with all other apps available if you already have a subscription.

Beautiful and Comfy Cabin Near McFarland Park!

Beautiful apartment cabin located only 2 mins away from the Florence Sportsplex, 5 mins to McFarland Park, 2 mins from Wild Wood Park in Cypress Creek, and 8 mins to Downtown Florence! This location is an amazing spot giving you access to go kayaking, fishing, and other fun river activities or to go and take a stroll through downtown Florence and see the variety of things this magnificent city has to offer! Great getaway location that’s fully equipped!

Peaceful, Charming Getaway
