Historical farmer's house in nature Kāŗkliņi

Kārkliņi was built in 1892 Kārkliņi were wealthy farmers who owned a horse stable, as well as cows, pigs and other animals as they were an integral part of the farm at the time! In 1979 the house was bought from Kārkliņi by my grandmother Zigrīda Stungure who was once a brilliant actress at the Daile Theater, She and her husband Jānis used the house as a summer's residence In 2013 I took over Kārkliņi. For the past 10 years, I have returned the house to its original form as it was in 1920

Cosy holiday house in forest

Cozy holiday house LIELMEŽI located in quiet nature 60km from Riga. Great place to enjoy silence and nature far away from city noises. House has two levels. On the ground floor there is cosy living room with fireplace, kitchen, bathroom and sauna. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms, a small hall with a balcony and toilet. Each bedroom has two single beds that can be transformed into a double bed. Or alternatively - a double bed in each bedroom can be transformed into 2 single beds.

House located on a private estate 60 hectares. Woods and pounds nearby. By convention for additional price it is possible to use the sauna, outdoor hot tub. Preferred electronic communication: sms. Iespējamas izjādes ar zirgiem vai foto atmiņai. Saunas un kubla izmantošana ir par atsevišķu samaksu. Pēc vēlmēm un garastāvokļa par to var lemt uz vietas, nav iepriekš jāpasūta. Enjoy the unique and peaceful stay in our family owned country house. The country house was built in the late 19th century as a family country house and has a 75- hectare estate surrounding it. A large apple, pear and cherry gardens embrace the country house and offer world of peacefulness and beauty. Nightingale

The Latvian farmhouse has been recently renovated and can accommodate 6 guests. Many things available in the house have been used again, but equipped with all modern conveniences. Quiet location with 5 ha. 100 m from the Pape Nature Park, where you can enjoy nature, listen to the birds singing and see the Pape lake. You can have a picnic in the old apple orchard or enjoy a drink on the terrace in front of the house. Rest from everyday life is guaranteed!
