This one-of-a-kind beach house has 100-feet of private black sand. When you book my home, you can expect a perfect vacation with every necessity and nicety you would equip in your own private paradise. The living room has an 85" TV, surround sound and high-speed internet for movies/games. Designed as a 2-story duplex with separate entrances, decks, A/C and sound proofing, the Airbnb is the 1000 sq ft 1st floor. The 2nd floor is for the owners who travel frequently and is never rented. If present they're usually invisible. EV charging available.
