Super séjour! Appartement agréable, joli, cosy et paisible. À proximité immédiate du métro (moins de 50m de Retiro). Hôte très réactif, consignes claires envoyées par whattsapp, récupération des clefs souple et facile. Nous avons connu la panne générale en Espagne ce 28/4, prise de contact de l hôte pour vérifier qu’on allait bien et nous aider dans nos démarches. Alejandro est formidable et accessible.

Ana’s place was as described. Felt like home. Peaceful patio, comfortable bed and great coffee! She was very responsive in our communication. I would stay here again. Highly recommend!

Todo ok.Agradezco a César su acompañamiento en la llegada que fue accidentada porque perdimos una noche de alojamiento debido al corte de energía eléctrica que afectó a España y nos dejó tiradas en el medio de la nada por la zona de Andalucía, en un tren de alta velocidad durante 27 horas.

Nos encantó alojarnos en lo de Carmen. El alojamiento es pequeño pero muy agradable. La iluminación es fantástica, la cama es muy cómoda y el lugar estaba limpio y ordenado. Había detalles como café, tostadas y mermelada en la cocina. Súper acogedor. Carmen estaba al pendiente de todo y siempre respondió mis preguntas a la brevedad. ¡Recomiendo mucho este lugar!

My stay was great! The host was incredibly responsive and available whenever I needed anything, making the experience smooth and stress-free. The apartment is in an excellent location, with easy access to the airport and plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and bars right on the street. It’s also within close proximity to museums and all the great attractions Madrid has to offer, making it a fantastic base for exploring the city. However, while the area is lively and convenient, I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it for solo female travelers at night, as it didn’t always feel the most comfortable. As for the apartment itself, it was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described. Just a note for those who prefer a firmer bed—the mattress is quite soft. It’s a matter of personal preference, but something to keep in mind. Overall, it was a great stay, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a well-located and well-managed place with a super responsive host!

Tolle Unterkunft, sehr schön eingerichtet. Sie liegt sehr zentral und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Tuve una excelente experiencia en este Airbnb. El apartamento era muy cómodo, estaba impecablemente limpio y tenía todo lo necesario para una estadía agradable. La zona se sentía segura en todo momento, incluso al caminar por la noche, y el metro estaba a solo 10 minutos caminando, lo cual facilitó mucho moverme por la ciudad. El anfitrión fue muy atento, amable y siempre estuvo disponible para ayudar con cualquier cosa. Sin duda lo recomendaría y volvería a hospedarme aquí.

This is a beautiful apartment and we felt right at home. The kitchen is well stocked and we prepared a number of meals. Lots of restaurants nearby too. Easy walk to Sol and the metro. Great for a longer stay. We would highly recommend this apartment. Gorete was a terrific host!!

Super Unterkunft mit sehr guter und ruhiger Lage. Wir waren mit unseren zwei Kindern (8 & 14 Jahre) für ein paar Tage in Madrid und haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Loft ist super eingerichtet, mit toller Ausstattung. Es war genug Platz für alle und man hat sich nicht eingeengt gefühlt. Die Metro ins Zentrum ist nur ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Der Flughafen ist in ca. 30 Minuten in der Morgenstunden per Auto zu erreichen. Vom Hauptbahnhof bis zur Unterkunft sind es ca. 45 Minuten mit der U-Bahn. Supermärkte und Bäckereien sind ebenfalls in 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Karena ist sehr nett und hat keine Fragen offen gelassen und auch sehr tolle Tips gegeben. Was soll mal man mehr sagen, einfach buchen - wir empfehlen das Loft zu 100 %.

La maison était propre, bien équipé et confortable. Nous étions 3 mais il y avait largement de la place pour 4-5. La porte donne directement sur la rue donc pratique pour sortir et rentrer. Le quartier est paisible et il y a une station de bus à proximité pour aller au centre ville. Attention aux escaliers de la mezzanine qui sont juste un peu hauts et aussi le check in un peu tardif. En résumé, je recommande vivement ce logement.

Hermoso departamento en Madrid. Muy bien comunicado, cerca de metros y líneas de buses. Además no está lejos del parque del retiro y de la estación de Atocha. El departamento tiene todo lo necesario. El sofá cama es súper cómodo y las almohadas INCREÍBLES!! Estaba todo limpísimo y olía muy bien. Lo recomiendo para pasar unos días en Madrid sin duda. Párrafo aparte: Llegamos el día del apagón, no teníamos cómo comunicarnos y así todo una persona del equipo vino caminando como pudo (igual que yo 😕) para asegurarse de que mi familia y yo recibamos la llave y tengamos dónde dormir esa noche. Eso habla muy bien de ellos y lo agradecimos muchísimo.

Maravilloso espacio iluminado, ordenado y muy cómodo para hospedarse. La comunicación y atención de la anfitriona es extraordinaria 🥇. Muy recomendado para unos días maravillosos en Madrid! 🥳💪🏻

very nice loft for a family of 4 people, with a nice price and well located to visit madrid, near one of the main metro. The loft is nice and well equiped. David is very nice and his communication is perfect àd proactive with clear instructions and a lot of recommandations for visits and food. I recommend 100%
