We chose this place to film our thesis after seeing the photos. It perfectly matched the look and vibe we were aiming for, with its traditional Filipino feel. It's hard to find a place that allows filming, so we’re glad we were given permission to do so. The only downside was that it can get a bit loud outside, especially since it's surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and bars. People walking by can be noisy, and the vehicles passing by added to it, but it was tolerable and not that bothersome. Inside, the house was exactly as shown in the photos. The host was very responsive to my filming requests, and the staff was proactive and accommodating, even assisting with the production. There’s also a dog in the house, which we found absolutely adorable. We wish we could have stayed longer, so we’ll definitely be back to unwind and relax — no work next time!

I had an amazing stay. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

We had a great stay at this house! The entire home is even better than the posted photos. Elegantly designed, very spacious, complete and working furnitures and kitchenwares, and we enjoyed grilling at the rooftop/terrace! The house is in an exclusive subdivision with wide streets and an open area for basketball and tennis courts. It's also perfect for jogging and outdoor activities. I can say that this listing is very well worth it.

Very close to Mall of Asia where we spent more time with the kids before they dropped us to NAIA Airport which is also conviniently close. Our stay with Sir Vic’s house was great. Quiet and clean house. We were able to do our work because the internet was fast. Sir Vic is a great host. Very accommodating, responsive and kind. We will visit again for sure!

The experience was truly wonderful! From the moment we booked until the time we checked out, everything went smoothly. The host was fantastic with communication. She was always quick to respond to all our queries, making the entire process easy and hassle-free. Her attentiveness really stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable. The house itself has a warm and cozy atmosphere. While it’s compact, it’s thoughtfully laid out and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well-equipped with almost all the amenities, which made preparing meals convenient and enjoyable. The air-conditioned sala and dining area were definite highlights for us, as they provided a refreshing and relaxing space to gather as a group. Although the two bedrooms upstairs didn’t have air conditioning, it wasn’t a problem for us since we stayed this month of December, and the weather was cool and pleasant. The breezy evenings added to the charm.

Comfortable stay.. we have a family camp located at trece martirez and since malapit lang sa location kaya grab namin. Small but elegant and sosyal na house.. malakas aircon kaya sarap ng sleep namin .. nag enjoy kaming family sa pag stay namin .. nakatulong talaga siya sa time ng rest namin.. sobrang responsive at bait pa ng host.. i highly recommend this place.. surely babalik kami dito pag may gawain ulit .. thanks po Godbless your home..

I really enjoyed my stay here— it felt very homey and comfortable. The location was perfect; I loved being able to walk to all the places I needed to go in BGC. Ms. Danielle was incredibly kind and responsive, which made everything so much easier whenever I had a question. I’d definitely stay here again if I’m back in the area!

Marigold was incredibly kind and accommodating. She allowed us to add 5 extra guests for only 2k for 3 days and 2 nights—such a great deal! The caretaker was very approachable, helpful, and easy to contact throughout our stay. The place itself is spacious, peaceful, and well-maintained, making it perfect for relaxation. What we loved most was the cozy ambiance. Plus, the location is convenient—there are nearby stores like Dali Grocery, Puregold, and 7-Eleven, all within walking distance, which made it easy to grab anything we needed. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. Thank you! We’ll definitely be coming back.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was very responsive to all our questions and incredibly helpful throughout. The place was spacious, squeaky clean, and exceeded our expectations despite being a new listing. It was well-equipped with a complete set of kitchen utensils and cookware, including a rice cooker, kettle, frying pan, pot, and more. They also provided dishwashing soap and basic toiletries like towels, dental kits, shampoo, and soap. Additionally, its location is very convenient since it is near 7-Eleven and Uncle John’s, where you can easily buy emergency needs like water and other essentials. My friends and I enjoyed our stay! :) The unit is spacious, aesthetic, and has great amenities. The host promptly requested maintenance to check on the AC when we thought it wasn't working. Self check-in was also a major plus since we had a morning activity and didn't have to worry about checking in late. Also, the roof deck was so nice! Wish we had stayed a bit longer :) Thank you!

I would highly recommend this place especially to those who have pets as they can freely roam the yard and have fun as well. The place also has a lot of restaurants that you can order from, and is also near malls. We had fun as well, thank you.

SIncerely the best airbnb that ive stayed in south east asia. Cero cokoroaches, very clean, modern, great spacious rooms, owner very accomodating, The locations is just perfect. Looking forward a long stay there. I loved it.

Good for short stay, if you're just looking for a place to sleep in. You get what you paid for. So you can expect a few things: overall quite dirty in kitchen, bathroom, and house front (lots of dog poop); lacks maintenance and noticeable cockroach smell; trashbins are not washed; no trashbags provided (not mentioned in house rules either); refrigerator have molds; kitchen sink drainage leaks so can't wash too many plates at ones; and I suggest you bring your own things like utensils, sponge, cups, etc.
