Das vollständig ausgestattete, alte Bürgerhaus im Zentrum von San Gregorio in einer Fußgängerzone wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert. Altes wurde erhalten und neue Details hinzugefügt, um einen ganz speziellen Ort zu schaffen. El alpendre entre palmeras

Antiguo alpendre recientemente transformado para su uso residencial en Santa Lucía de Tirajana. El alpendre era la casa de los animales. Los más apreciados y difíciles de sostener eran las vacas . Solía haber dos por propiedad. La parte de la vacas es ahora el salón comedor y cocina. Las cabras y la burra se alojaban en las otras dependencias que hoy día son los dormitorios, y el baño actual era el lugar donde se depositaba la hierba del resto del día, ya que se solía coger por la mañana .

La casa fue construida en 1912 por D. Alejando Hidalgo y Romero, el cual hizo su fortuna en Cuba. El edificio es un excelente ejemplo del estilo Modernista o Art Nouveau de Las Palmas de principios del siglo XX. Nuestro abuelo adquirió el edificio en 1946, desde entonces ha sido la casa familiar- Hemos tratado de conservar la esencia y sabor de los viejos tiempos y combinarlo con las nuevas comodidades.
