Comfy Place Finikoudes

The beach lovers - the sea is just across the road! Or enjoy the sun on the balcony - all day long. Lively seafront with all its activities, and the charming small old-town streets behind, with many authentic taverns, bars, coffee shops will keep you well occupied. Many shops, several historical places to visit. Tourist info office just 300m away. Several buses per day to major cities, just a step away from the apartment. I hope you will enjoy staying at my place, as do my friends and my family.

Enjoy a relaxing and memorable holiday at a luxury suite right on the beautiful and clean beach of Pervolia. This unique place has a style all its own. Seaview apartment, literally meters from the water. Prime location, no car required. Located at the heart of probably the most desirable tourist location in Larnaca. This seafront apartment offers great sea views, only a few meters from the sea, you can relax at the sound of the waves and enjoy the view. Right next to the sea-side pedestrian walk which links the famous Finikoudes strip to Makenzy. Fully renovated, simply beautiful apartment.

3 MIN WALK TO THE BEACH! In the center, 150m from Finikoudes, restaurants, cafes, bars. Bus stop outside, among others for bus 425 coming from the airport. Modern, airy, spacious. New furniture, appliances, kitchen, 43" smart TV, cable channels, unlimited fiber optics internet at 200/20. Shops, restaurants, the market, the sea within 2-10 min walk. You will love it! Due to renovation of a flat in the building, some noise might be heard during working hours the second half of Nov25

Guesthouse on the Beach

Beautiful guesthouse in a security complex on the beach in Pervolia area. Sleeps 2 persons on a double bed .Beautiful large pool and garden shared only with my house, i live next door. Complex with tennis court . Clean and homely. 20 meters from sandy beach. Local tourists attractions , Faros Lighthouse , Close to traditional Greek village of Pervolia, 10 minutes drive to Larnaca city, close to Mackenzie beach and 10 minutes drive from Larnaca Airport .

Best view in Larnaca w/ pool & parking

Fully renovated in 2025, this elegant apt is the perfect blend between cozy and luxury. Wake up to breathtaking views of the sea and marina boats. A short stroll to Kastella, Makenzy, Finikoudes beaches makes it a paradise. Saint Lazaros Church, town center and Salt Lake are also close. Enjoy fast wifi, workspace, pool (Jun–Oct, till 7:30 PM), private parking and elevator. Cafes, restaurants and airport nearby. Travel cot on request.
