Industrial Studio: close to UW & downtown

We are excited to share with you our renovated garage studio apartment. Once an old garage, this unique space shows off the brick exterior walls and the old heat system and all of its metal piping. Brand new kitchen, equipped with a full size oven, fridge and dishwasher. Pots, pans, cookware, and dishes are all provided. Cozy up by the gas fireplace. The bed is a queen size memory foam mattress. There is a loading zone next to it. Parking for the building is all street parking around the area.

We are within walking distance to the University of Wyoming, Downtown Laramie, parks, restaurants, museums, Civic Center and the library.
