Hovhannes is a great and very helpful host, who always answers and takes care of his guests. His apartment felt like home during my wonderful time in Armenia! The place is really conveniently located, basically everything is within a walking distance. The apartment is nicely equipped, the bedroom part is separated from the living room space and the kitchen part. It was very clean and the balcony with a view of Yerevan and the Mother Armenia Statue just added to the great experience I had there.

We had a lovely stay in Michael's apartment in Yerevan. It is located within walking distance of all the sights. The apartment building looks a bit run down from the outside but the flat itself is very modern and furnished to an extremely high standard. Even though it is relatively small, it is functional and has everything you need, including a fully equipped kitchenette. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 days here.

The Michael’s place is great both in terms of location and amenities. Location is perfect, most of places you will need are walkable within 15 mins. Perfect spot to be at for city exploration as well as places to eat/shop for groceries. On the inside place is fully equipped with everything you will ever need. Full size kitchen, spacious shower room and comfortable bed. Services description fully matches the reality, so be sure to find everything you’ve signed up for. We’ve enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

We rented the apartment on the top floor which was very private, very spacious, big living room with large table and seating area, 2 spacious bedrooms. Access to large private balcony from dining space with view of garden, pool and surrounding mountains. Everything was clean and worked well. Communication with the owner was easy and fast and she was very kind and always ready to help. Also all people working there were always nice and ready to help. We could park our motorbikes under the roof behind the gate what was very comfortable for us. Good small supermarket is right around the corner. It was a perfect spot for us to explore Gegham Ridge. Definitely recommend.

Stayed at Rita’s for around 45 days. Felt right at home. Amenities are complete. Heating is centralized so it’s comfortable. It’s also right at the center so almost everything is walking distance. The apartment itself is well interiored, spacious, and just generally like “home”. Rita is a great host, always helpful and available. Would love to come back!
