This unit shares the property with another Tiny Home where the owner lives full time.

The Courtyard Cottage

Courtyard Cottage is a charmingly restored 1940's fisherman's cottage, which includes an adjacent studio. The Main Cottage contains a bed for 2, bathroom, and kitchen, and the Studio functions as a spacious living room with TV, game table, and sectional. The buildings are surrounded by a fenced courtyard and patio which makes for a relaxing and private getaway. The community beach is just a short walk downhill. The Clinton Ferry is 3 miles away and Langley is a 15-minute drive.

Escape to our farm just outside of Langley on beautiful Whidbey Island. Our family has lived here since the late 1800's, and we just completed a wonderful new guest cottage sitting on the high bank with 180-degree views of Saratoga Passage, Mount Baker, and the North Cascades. With 900 square feet of open living area, a fireplace, full kitchen, washer/dryer, king size bed, high speed internet, 2 TV's, beautiful furnishings and easy access to the beach it's the perfect get-away!

This 2 bedroom, one bathroom house offers two king size beds one in each bedroom, and one bunk bed with 2 twin size mattresses on it in the game room. We love our quiet country home that we decided to share the back separate part of our home for mature Airbnb guest. We also decided to make the minimum stay for 7 days. Ideal for somebody who likes to work remotely, vacation or your in the Navy looking for something temporarily. We have 1.7 Landscape acres where the Island deer and Eagles roam free.
