Langland View is a delightful cottage 50 meters from the Golf Club, 150 meters from Langland Bay, the Brasserie, public tennis courts and the coastal path. You have exclusive use of this spacious property and outdoor terrace with fabulous sea and golf course views. Mumbles village is a brisk 20 minutes walk. The house is family-friendly, dog friendly and great for friend groups, but please no loud parties.

This is a 1 bedroom cabin and is not suitable for children or pets. Vehicular access to this listing is via a farm track with 3/4 of a mile of VERY BUMPY potholes. The cabin is nestled among the trees in a quiet location along a single track lane. It has been lovingly designed as a unique space to unwind and enjoy the local area. Every detail and design feature has been thought through – Anglepoise lamps, Toast wool cushions, Ercol table and chairs, Welsh slate floor to name but a few.

This beautifully presented and fully refurbished holiday cottage was originally built in 1892 and is situated on the edge of a quiet wooded area above Underhill park. It is a 5 minute walk from the beaches of Rotherslade and Langland and a 10 minute walk to Oystermouth castle and the village of mumbles. It has private parking for 2 vehicles in a double car port. Parking is also available at the roadside above the cottage. Nearby activities: watersports, surfing, fishing, golf, walking.

Charming country house annexe

Seven night bookings only please in a school summer holidays. Changeover Fridays. A stylishly rustic annexe furnished with a considered collection of vintage pieces and set in it's own secluded valley, twenty minutes stroll away from the majestic Three Cliffs Bay. The property comfortably sleeps four, has delightful gardens and oozes charm and character. Village amenities such as an artisan bakery, independent shop/ cafe and heritage centre are all within a three or four minute walk.

Waterfront Suite in our Townhouse

Your private suite is just 15 metres from the sea in our seafront home, with uninterrupted views across Swansea Bay. Step onto the new promenade or use the slipway opposite for swimming or paddleboarding. The space includes a king-size bed, large corner sofa (also a sofa bed), dining/work space, full-size fridge, and a modern shower room/WC. While there are no cooking facilities, the suite is equipped with cutlery, plates, bowls, and glasses, along with tea, coffee, and milk.
