The cabin is complete with a Queen bed, Queen pull-out couch, full kitchen, dedicated laundry, and workspace. Up to two 50 lb dogs. (fee $45). Breed Restrictions: Rottweiler, Pit Bull, Chow, Akita. Conveniently located 10 min from Turkey Bay ATV park. 1 mile from LBL, Restaurants ,gas station ,and Dollar General. 18 minutes to Murray, 48 to Paducah..Plenty of room for parking a boat( outside 110 outlets) or ATV’S. No dogs over 40 lbs. No cats. If you would like the bicycles let us know . If traveling with larger groups, check the adjoining Bear Cave for availability

It is one bedroom apartment in the basement of our home, with no cleaning fee because we want you to treat it as you would your home. There is a separate entrance and access to 26 acres of hills and trees. We have two horses on the property and feed from anywhere 3 to 15 deer each evening. We are 4.2 miles from I-24 and 7 miles from Kentucky lake, Patti's, Turtle Bay and the marina. Full kitchen available and beautiful sunsets. It is beautiful, words cannot do it justice.

The property is located on 20 acres of timber. Deer are regularly seen in the beautiful backyard. There is a grill on the patio that guests may use. It has central heat and air and ceiling fans. It is three miles from Kentucky Lake. There is no WiFi or cable, but we do supply dvds and VHS tapes.
