The accommodation is a 3-storey shophouse. The 3rd floor is for guests. On the 1st floor, my father is there from 8:30 - 18:00 to open a small printer repair shop and to help you. He does not stay here. He is hard of hearing and cannot hear well even with hearing aids. You can enter and leave the house at any time. The room is private, spacious and safe. It is located in the center of Lamphun. There are facilities around the accommodation. You can walk or ride a bicycle to travel.

This single budget room is suitable for a guest who is travelling on a budget. This room is located on the ground floor of the main Manning Homestay house. It has a fan and no air conditioning. Guest gets access to an inground pool, shared kitchen, laundry, dining and living room. The room does not have an ensuite, but shared bathroom/toilet facilities are on the same floor level.
