Great cottage location very close to the main strip and a short walk to the beach. Cottage was clean and Eric is a very responsive host. You do have to bring your own bed linens but otherwise a great choice for a stay in Grand Bend.

Just returned from a 3 night stay for a lady's getaway. Trudy's place is just perfect inside and out. We enjoyed the numerous deck spaces, the view by the water, the firepit outside and even the live leafs game outdoors on the projector screen set up. So many amenities which is fantastic not to have to bring. Tons of sleeping space, open kitchen area with very large dinner table to accommodate a gathering. The house was perfect for our two families to share while in town for a hockey tournament. The place was nice and clean and had everything we needed. The place looks even better than in the photos. Would definitely return

My stay at the Family farmhouse was quiet, cozy and was a very welcoming place to visit again. It's perfect for being in the country which I love for those that do and super close to town for all the amenities and then mins back to the quiet farmhouse which has a big , treed lot to walk around and enjoy

The place is stunning, lots of privacy, place is fully fenced for your privacy, jacuzzi was something to have, during cold winter especially. We enjoyed our stay at Chantyle’s trailer. The park was great for the kids to bike around and make friends. The pool was super clean and really fun to have along side the ipperwash beach which is beautiful! Paul was amazing at making sure we were taken care of and had everything we needed. Even took us all on a golf cart tour. The trailer was clean and well taken care of. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

This was our third time staying here and we continue to love it. The whole family looks forward to this every year. There is lots of room for cooking and enjoying meals, separate spaces for games, the wonderful pool for tons of fun, and bedrooms nicely placed separately for peace and quiet. It's the perfect space for our large gathering to come together without tripping over each other.

We thoroughly enjoyed our peaceful vacation at Sandy's cottage. The surroundings are gorgeous, the stairway down to the lake is very easy to get to, and there were even some playful squirrels to watch from the front windows. Everything was clean and tidy, the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry areas were all well stocked. The water was delightfully hot, the central heat kept us extremely comfortable. This really is a gem of a place! Sandy was a very responsive, friendly host. We had no issues with check in or check out--everything was lovely. The cottage was everything I'd hoped for -- cozy, serene, tidy, thoughtfully decorated with the guest in mind, and best of all just a 5-min walk to the beach. I aimed to relax and recharge during the holidays and that's exactly what I got. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive to all my queries. If I decide to getaway at Grand Bend again I've found my go-to place to stay.

Firstly, the cottage was clean, the beds were very comfortable as were the pillows, linens and comforters were great, nice and plentiful towels including beach towels. The bedrooms were a nice size. You do not feel cramped at all in the cottage. There is large backyard with a fire pit which comes with wood to burn. This cottage felt like home in minutes. You walk in, do a wander, and breathe; Yes!! The hosts are on top of everything. Have an issue, send a message. Their response time is very quick. Great hosts. Thanks Jillian an JP. A bonus is the pass to the Pinery which has great sand beaches and wonderful walking trails. Want to eat out try McPhersons. Good home cooking. Grogs is another good place to try. I almost forgot to mention the great neighbours. Thank you..... We hope to return next year. We highly recommend this cottage.

We had a 2 night stay in this comfortable 2 bedroom apartment style Airbnb. The place was in a very quiet neighbourhood with a lovely view of the Thames River. My grandson enjoyed fishing for a few hours. The kitchen was fully equipped, spotless and we appreciated the complimentary coffee. The living space was large enough to accommodate ourselves and 2 other guests to comfortably hangout together. The bathroom was also spotless and included complimentary shampoo/conditioner and body wash. There is private laundry on site, which would be very handy for longer stays. The bedrooms were nicely decorated, clean and well organized. All in all a great place to call home for a few days.

the house was wonderful to stay at and Janice was super responsive and had any issue fixed extremely fast. Felt like a home away from home! definitely will book again.

We have been visiting the Pinery and the Grand Bend area for years so this was a wonderful opportunity to enjoy our favorite beach and woodlands from a quiet neighborhood with a clean comfortable house to relax in. A weekend of fossil hunting at the beach and walking the woods was topped off by being able to walk to the Sunday Flea Market. Great spot! Thanks
