We had a great time in the house. 1. We found it easily, with very clear instructions provided 2. The place was very clean 3. The rooms were large and as described, and the bedrooms had blinds/shutters so they were dark for sleeping 4. There were plenty of items in the kitchen, so it was easy to cook 5. Parking was very easy - on street or in the garage 6. The view of the beach/sea was great from the rooms and garden 7. There were lots of things to entertain - games, beach toys, bikes, beach towels etc.

Emilio fue encantador desde el primer intante, nos envió la información necesaria por mensaje, nos facilitó el poder entrar antes en la casa y el poder salir más tarde si no lonecitabamos. En todo tiempo muy amable y encantador. La fina de los naranjos es más hermosa que lo que se puede apreciar en las fotos. Toda la obra donde nos hospedamos es nueva, con buenos acabados y electrodomesticos de primera calidad. Exelente gusto para la decoración. La piscina y la zona de barbacoa es la cereza del pastel. Y por si fuese poco, nos ofrecieron comer toda la naranja que pudieramos comer, hay que decirlo, una naranja de primerísima calidad. Sin duda reperiré, salimos muy muy satisfechos con todo. Myriam's chalet is wonderful. It is spacious and cosy. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is very large and well equipped with coffeemachine, dishwasher, large fridge, microwave and stove The tv has a great soundbar. The veranda is perfect, the views are awesome and the backyard is huge, as is the parking space in front of the house. We enjoyed the pool and the quietness. The chalet is easy to find and well located at ca 5 minutes drive from Montserrat where you can find supermarkets, bakeries, plenty of pubs and restaurants. We loved the soft fleece blankets which came out handy during the cool evenings on the couch. A shower curtain in one bathroom, cushions for the sun loungers and a small (sauce-) pan to boil water in or cooker for tea would have been convenient, but we got by perfectly anyway. Miryam welcomed us warmly and was always reachable. Gracias Miriyam! Nos encantaría volver🥰

Nadine was an absolutely fabulous host. I could not recommend her or her properties enough. She was very proactive to offer help and always wanted to make sure we were having a good time. The house itself was absolutely perfect and I think slightly undersold by Nadine, we were a party of 9 with 3 young children, aged 1/3/5 and it was fabulous. What really stood out as parents of young children was the accessibility of everything and the owners of the property letting us use their things. Toys for the children, plastic plates, pool items. All the things, you buy on a holiday, but know you will likely not take home was all there straight away which is very understated but absolutely necessary as parents. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay at the property again or visit another of Nadine’s properties.

Wat een geweldig huis met zwembad, in oktober wel iets aan de koude kant :-). We waren er met 8 personen en daar is genoeg ruimte voor. Ruime kamers en netjes ingericht. Op 10 min rijden van het plaatsje Vilamarxant, waar een winkel en een bakker is. De bakker heeft heerlijk brood, maar daar moet je wel vroeg voor zijn anders is het op. Supermarkt heeft ook prima brood. Valencia op een half uur rijden is goed te doen, je zit zo op de snelweg. Daniel communiceert prettig, reageert snel en adequaat. De beheerder Fernando is erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk en reageert ook snel via de app. Is ook snel ter plekke mocht dat nodig zijn.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cette maison parfaitement adaptée pour accueillir plusieurs personnes. La propreté était irréprochable et l’équipement au top : tout est pensé pour que l’on puisse cuisiner et profiter de soirées tranquilles à la maison. L’emplacement est idéal, avec tous les commerces (boulangerie, pharmacie, etc.) accessibles à pied, tout comme le métro situé à moins de trois minutes. Ce dernier dessert toute la ville, jusqu’à la plage, et permet même de rejoindre l’aéroport en une seule station. L’extérieur est super agréable, notamment pour les familles avec enfants. Mention spéciale pour la salle de cinéma, qui a fait son petit effet ! Seul petit bémol : l’horaire d’arrivée à 17h, un peu tardif. Mais à part ça, tout était parfait. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Amazing modern house located at the top of the cape of Cullera. The house has beautiful water views from all the bedrooms and living areas, as well as access to a pool that overlooks the ocean below. Many thanks to our hosts for their assitance and support during our stay!

Segundo año en el apartamento de Claudio y encantados!!! Todo lo encontramos igual o mejor, muy buena zona, piscina insuperable, playa cerca y apartamento limpio y con todo lo necesario y con Mady como siempre súper servicial y un encanto, nos seguiremos viendo!!

nos encantó el apartamento, disfrutamos mucho las vistas, aunque no estuvimos mucho tiempo, pero el momento de estar nos sentimos como estas casa, y los detalles. pensó en todo hasta nos dejó una bienvenida refrescante. muchas gracias 😊

La estancia en el apartamento de Carla fue satisfactoria. La llegada fue fluida y el padre de Carla nos explicó todo con claridad. El alojamiento estaba muy limpio, bien equipado y cerca de la playa y del paseo marítimo. Durante el día la zona es tranquila, aunque por la tarde-noche hay música procedente del camping frente al apartamento. La comunicación con Carla fue adecuada y siempre respondió con rapidez. Agradecimos sus recomendaciones de restaurantes. No echamos nada en falta durante la estancia.

Our stay in Valencia was absolutely perfect! Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Our host was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and very knowledgeable. He was always available, extremely helpful, and gave us lots of great recommendations on what to see and do in Valencia. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and had a beautiful view. We felt very comfortable and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the city!

Wir haben ein paar schöne Tage in der Wohnung von Gianina verbracht. Sie ist eine sehr freundliche und entgegenkommende Gastgeberin. Das Appartement hat eine tolle Ausstattung, unglaubliche Aussicht. Die Betten waren bequem. Wenn ich etwas bemängelt würde, wäre es die Isolierung der Wohnung. Man hört schon viel im Haus und auch von draußen. Restaurant unterhalb der Wohnung. Trotzdem hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt. Danke ;-)

El apartamento es tal cual se ve en las fotos. Todo estaba muy limpio. Nos recibió el padre de Roberto y fue muy amable ayudándonos a subir las cosas.

Muy bien todo, el apartamento era tal y como esperábamos, vistas espectaculares y muy buena localización para bajar a la playa!

Wir haben zu dritt die Unterkunft von Rosa Mitte September gebucht und waren happy. Vom Balkon war das Meer aus zu sehen, morgens mit schönem Sonnenaufgang. Salud hat uns herzlich empfangen, und auch bei Fragen stets mit Rat zur Seite gestanden. Die Unterkunft war sauber, man hat sich direkt wie zuhause gefühlt. Unten gab es einen Pool den man nutzen konnte und das Meer war direkt vor der Haustür. Kühlschrank, Ofen, Mikrowelle. Es gab alles was das Herz begehrte. Das einzige Problem war die Anbindung zur nächsten Bahnhofsstation. Busse fuhren nur bis 18/19 Uhr. Taxiunternehmen haben Anrufe entweder nicht entgegen genommen oder im Gespräch aufgelegt. Beim nächsten Mal werden wir auf jeden Fall ein Auto mieten. Salud war so freundlich und hat uns am Abreisetag zum Bahnhof gebracht und uns auch die Gegend gezeigt. Großes Danke an Salud!!🥲 P.S. Beim Taver Taxi Unternehmen spricht Umberto deutsch und englisch. Hoffe das hilft irgendwem mal weiter. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, danke :]

Sonia was helpful and kind. The apartment was big and beautiful. We mostly enjoyed the pool and the nice air condition.

Juan is the best host you will ever meet. His Villa was stunning and provided more than enough room for the 8 of us. The Villa is in a beautiful little area that was quiet and peaceful. The train is a short walk, literally in a straight line from the front door. Any time we had challenges with transportation Juan was right there to help us which was so appreciated by us as a group. The icing on the cake was that we got to meet him on the night before we left. He is a great person and we would definitely stay at the Villa again.

Abbiamo soggiornato nell’appartamento di Josè Antonio ed Eva e per noi è stato come essere a casa nostra. Tutto era molto pulito e attrezzato, dalla cucina al bagno!C’era il necessario e anche di più. Cosa molto gradita specialmente quando si arriva in aereo e con figli. La posizione, che avevamo ovviamente valutato in fase di scelta, è stata un’ulteriore conferma di praticità, sia che si volesse raggiungere il centro sia che si volesse andare in spiaggia. Praticamente si trova di fronte al divertentissimo (e gratuito) parco Gulliver ma anche alla Città delle Arti, delle Scienze, al planetario e all’acquario. Per il nostro soggiorno abbiamo scelto di muoverci esclusivamente in bici ed è stato perfetto. Si arriva agilmente anche al bel Bioparco, che sembrava la metà più lontana. José Antonio ed Eva sono stati come una famiglia per noi, hanno arricchito il nostro soggiorno con consigli e sono stati adorabilmente premurosi in particolare con nostra figlia di 4 anni. Super consigliato!

We initially booked 10 nights at Raul house, but upon arrival, there was unexpected heavy construction noise from nearby which went on all day. Although this was completely out of Raul’s control, he was very apologetic and did his up most best to make the situation better and immediately moved us to another of his properties. While the second house was great, it didn’t quite meet our needs as we had hoped for a private pool and panoramic views like the original booking. Though we only stayed two nights, (one night at each house) we were very impressed with how Rau handled the situation. His communication was excellent, and he was fair and accommodating when we decided to move elsewhere. The original house was exactly as pictured, spotlessly clean with stunning Mediterranean views, we were very disappointed not to stay. Despite things not working out for us, I would definitely recommend Raul and his properties. He's an excellent host!
