Enjoy the peaceful lake waters directly opposite the house, cafes a few minutes stroll along the Esplanade and the surf beach just across the footbridge. Take in the magnificent views from the upper level balcony or stretch out on the comfortable lounge for a well earned rest. Find everything you need for entertaining in the well-appointed kitchen, enjoy brunch in the cozy dining area and finish your day with a scrumptious BBQ and a glass of wine in the alfresco area watching the setting sun.

Luxury pet friendly beach house 250m from the amazing 90 mile beach with Starlink super fast internet and EV 15A charger. The house has a new kitchen with Miele appliances including an inbuilt coffee machine. 2 new bathrooms, one is outdoors with stone bath under the stars. Large front deck with a lovely view of the sunset over the lake and a great back yard with fire pit and hydrotherapy hot tub.
