Cottage on Lake Simcoe Amazing lake Views

Lovely, well maintained three bedroom, two bath cottage on a protected bay of Lake Simcoe. The cottage is located right on Lake Simcoe beside shared community park. cristal shallow water for Swim and kayak. The views are beautiful. With the property facing south enjoy plenty of sunshine from late morning to sunset. Great spot for winter fishing. Fully equipped kitchen Please note the water behind the backyard is shared by few neighbors and it’s not private , and the beach area is not private.

Lakefront Cottage with Gorgeous Sunset Views

Cozy cottage with gorgeous views right on the lake. Perfect lake for water play, great fishing right off the dock, plenty of nature trails and boat launch nearby. Enjoy your evenings as you take in the sunset around 1 of 2 firepits, whether you choose to have a fire right at the water's edge or up top. There is also a boathouse you can relax on top of under the shade of the trees. Enjoy eating outside on the oversized deck as you take in the views of the lake. Lots of outdoor space to play.

Perfect location for family and couples alike, this beautiful, renovated bungalow home overlooking Wellers Bay offers amazing sunsets and a sandy beach. Close to North Beach, and Sandbanks Provincial Parks and located on the Arts Trail. Enjoy the many wineries, and culinary delights of Prince Edward County. This beautiful newly renovated lakefront 4 season cottage offers the serenity and charm of the Kawartha Lakes and is less than 10 minutes to the quaint town of Coboconk. The cottage is 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. Equipped with two rooms with custom bunk beds larger than a twin that can easily accommodate 1 adult or 2 children. (Sleeps 8-10)

Secluded Cottage on a Private Lake

2 bedroom cedar log cottage on over 300 beautiful acres. Very private. Many walking trails to explore and enjoy. Lovely deck on the cottage and a great dock at the lake. Canoe, pedal boat, and swimming raft. All just a 2 hour drive from Toronto. We have another property at the opposite end of the private lake - all of the same wonderful outdoor activities but this time based out of a stunning log house. Check it out under other Kinmount listings!!

Castaway North Lodge is a clean, cozy and bright lake front cottage that is a perfect family getaway or couples retreat. We have a great hot tub overlooking the lake! Sun all day on the dock! Calm, quiet lake with variety of watercraft for your pleasure. A large, heated screened in porch allows you to enjoy the surroundings in any weather. Fast and reliable WIFI, and a backup generator for any power outages. **HST is included in the price!

The cottage is on beautiful Wollaston Lake, Western exposure provides great sunsets. Excellent fishing and swimming in the summer and ice fishing in winter. The Cottage has a 52" HD Satellite TV, Propane Fireplace, large fire pit at lake shore. Great location for snowmobiling, ATVing, X country skiing. Property includes hiking trails, 2 sets of horseshoe pits, tournament quality volleyball court on 30 acres of private trails.
