***Theres currently limited access to the common areas, gym and rooftop due to covid. Please follow regulatory guidlines. Can fit 6 if needed but more suitable for 2-4 people** Close to 1000sq feet inside. Glasshouse downtown. Floor to Ceiling Windows. My place is close to nightlife, public transport, the city center, NHL Hockey Rink, Restaurants, Downtown, Parks and Museums . Very Clean house with 3 Bedrooms, 1 Bath and a fenced yard. Comes With everything you need to be your home away from home ! It is located in a mature neighborhood that is a 3 Minute drive to Polo park Shopping center, other shopping stores and restaurants. 10 minute drive to Canada Life Center(Jets), U of W and the Forks ! The Airport is also a 5 minute drive away ! It is also walking distance of Major bus routes, convenience stores and Grocery stores, Kids Parks, Assiniboine Park and more.

This newly renovated cabin is located on gorgeous Lake Manitoba. Enjoy summers at your own private beach and winters ice fishing. Heated garage floors to accommodate your winter equipment! Sunsets from the sunroom or hot tub are a must! Stocked with games and activities there is no lack of things to do. The cabin is located in a quiet cottage development, only 1 km from St Laurent, Manitoba. Note - July and August are weekly rentals from Sun to Sun only with the exception of long weekends.

We welcome guests of all races, faiths, genders, etc. 🌈 This upscale townhouse duplex home has new appliances/hardwood floors/granite counters/central AC & four 55" to 65" TV’s. HUGE parking lot!🚗 walking distance to Corydon & the best high end steak house in Wpg “529 Wellington”. Perfect location! This house is located in the southwest area of Portage la Prairie, right beside the high school, walking distance to Stride Place, and half a block away from the walking path along Crescent Lake. The main floor suite has two bedrooms, large kitchen and eat in dining room, large living room, and bathroom. Shared space is the backyard as we have a basement suite as well.
