South Shore Sunrise - Eagle Lake w/PONTOON

This waterfront 4BR/ 4 Bath home on Eagle Lake near Wineries, Breweries & Notre Dame. Shady yard lakeside, with huge mature oaks and maples. Large deck with incredible views of spring-fed 390 acre Eagle Lake in Southwest, Michigan. Amazing sunrises! Over 70 feet of lake frontage. Sandy and shallow lake bottom along the shore - perfect for kids and families. Mid-2000s 22 foot / 50 hsp pontoon (May 1st - mid October) and kayaks included! Welcome to the prettiest little tiny home in Fort Wayne! Nestled next to the woods, our guests enjoy a quiet, country getaway to escape all the busy of the city life! The stunning 9-foot windows in the bedroom give you the feel of sleeping in the woods, yet you have total privacy! Oklahoma Joe’s Gas &charcoal grill with a smoker box, 4 bedrooms 2 bath fenced in back yard for pets &kids.Pet fees apply. "Lake Life!" (Sturgis Camper on Perrin Lake)

24-foot camper (2000 model) with bedroom, bathroom, shower, kitchen/dining, sleeper sofa, campfire, firewood, and more, only twenty-five feet from quiet, private Perrin Lake, one of the best-kept secrets in Southwest Michigan. Kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, and more, FREE to use. Pontoon experiences are available for a fee. Consider, too, an experience on one of the local rivers. Caveat: shared beach with our large but amicable family. We are very FAMILY FRIENDLY here! 😁

Having access to the 5 Indian chain of lakes offers endless opportunities for water-based activities and enjoyment. Rental includes 2 kayaks that are fantastic for exploring the nearby waters, and for those who prefer to bring their own boat we have a private pier to dock.

This home has a great floor plan for 2-4 people with a small loft bed for a youngster. It has high end kitchen accessories and in-unit washer and dryer. Water softener for great water, maple hardwood floors and a front deck for outdoor barbecuing. Parking for 3 cars and a shed with lots of amenities including bikes and hammock for recreation and relaxing. New in 2024, new rug, blackout curtains and solar panels! EV charger free for guests!

Book this home for the retreat you've been looking for. Quiet and comfortable home with great outdoor space. This new home has an open floor plan with a dining room that opens to a 16' X 20' deck with plenty of outdoor seating. Light up the gas grill and enjoy large backyard. Cross through the backyard and follow the winding trail for your own private fire pit that is stocked with wood. A favorite place for s'mores to end the evening.
