Peacock in the Delta/ Mississippi Delta Cottage

WELCOME TO PEACOCK-A charming cottage set on a 1,700 acre bucolic farm in the middle of the Mississippi Delta. Private and secure. All guests are welcome to use the swimming pool (June 1-October 2), tennis court, horseback riding, walking trails. The Cottontail

We welcome you and your family to our home away from home. The Cottontail has the comforts of your home with lots of room for fun. Only ten minutes from town, this quiet and peaceful getaway sits in the country surrounded with nature trails and wildlife. It is a short drive (30 minutes) from Crossett, Monticello, Lake Village and a little over an hour to Greenville, MS and Monroe, LA. There is plenty of opportunities to explore and enjoy all this area has to offer.

The Shotgun Shack ❤️ of MS Delta

This Shotgun Shack is a genuine cypress board and batten shotgun shack. Construction of the cabin dates back to the late 1920’s, after the Great Flood of 1927. The shack was move to the property and has undergone a complete restoration. It has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Situated behind the antebellum Burrus Home a.k.a “The Baby Doll House”, near Benoit, MS. There is a gas station in Benoit that sells beverages and snacks but no grocery stores.

Stay and relax with all the comfort and amenities of home at 410 Spring Branch. This home accommodates eight people comfortably with three bedrooms. Fresh towels and necessities are stocked in the one and a half baths. Stream the game on one of the TV’s or just relax on the couch. The kitchen seats six and is fully stocked (minus the groceries) – coffee pot, microwave, & air fryer. No need for a laundromat, we’ve got you covered with a washer & dryer.

The Doll House

Enjoy The Doll House in a cozy 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home, consisting of 2 queen beds and 1 full bed. There are also 2 folding beds for additional accommodations. Spacious living room with comfortable seating, 5 smart TVs with accessible Wifi. Relaxing and furnished patio area in gated back yard. Alarm system available as well, for guests to use during their stay. Check in instructions will be sent 1-2 days prior to check in. 🚫 No Smoking 🚫 No Pets

This cozy guest house is the perfect place for your stay in Cleveland, MS, the heart of the Mississippi Delta! The Bunkhouse 2 bed,1 bath,full kitchen, washer, and dryer sits deep in the MS delta crop land and out in the country away from the busy towns. With a nice front porch, BBQ grill, and fire pit you can slow down and relax. This house has WiFi but no TV. A great place to stay when coming through or if you're working in the area.
