It is a good place to stay. Jose is a great person. Let me check in from 6:30 am as came from Cusco. Also is very attentive and helpful with a lot of things, tours taxis. Room is clean and has a lake view. The terrace is nice you can see the stars and the y the lake. It is not very near to the plaza but is quite near to the harbour. Transportation is not expensive. Great value for money!

Todo muy bien, por temporada baja, Alexander nos dio una hab de cortesía y pudimos dormir en habitaciones separadas. La ubicación es muy buena para alguien que llega muy temprano al terminal de transporte y se queda en Puno solo un día.

Vivienda normal, no cara. La habitación en sí necesita un poco de renovación. Pero el jardín del hotel es muy bonito. ¡La habitación también ofrece una hermosa vista del lago! El propietario es muy receptivo, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y sugerir algo. No siempre había agua caliente en el baño. Hay un restaurante en el hotel, pero no nos gustó mucho el plato que pedimos porque la sopa estaba hecha de polvo instantáneo y el segundo plato tenía muy poca carne. El desayuno está incluido en el precio del alojamiento. Pero para el desayuno sólo sirven fruta, té, leche, pan y mantequilla. A veces los huevos están cocidos y otras no. El hotel está situado a 15 minutos del centro. Nos gustó mucho el propietario, es una persona muy receptiva y amable. Si mejoraran el desayuno y la calidad de la comida todo sería genial. La habitación en sí es buena. Gracias Jhonny, ¡nos gustó!

A really lovely place to stay. Although we arrived early we were welcomed in and had all our questions answered. Gonzales was so kind helping us to find a taxi to the fumery towers. In the morning he got up super early to make us a delicious breakfast before we caught our bus and also packed us some fruit for our road trip. The hotel is very centrally located. I highly recommend it.
