Our Not So Tiny, Tiny Home

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. This sleek modern tiny house is the perfect retreat for guests seeking a cozy, spacious and stylish escape. A chic, outdoor bath is the perfect relaxation after a busy day exploring Fiordland. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and open plan spacious living area to relax. Situated next to park reserve with stunning views to the wider Fiordland for a peaceful getaway. This charming Tiny house offers a unique and comfortable stay.

Mountain Vista

Relax and enjoy the stunning rural and mountain views from our stylish modern home. Situated in a very peaceful and quiet subdivision, you can literally jump off the deck onto a reserve. It's only a 4 minute drive to the shops or a 2 minute walk down to the beautiful lake front. Because our property is not fenced it is not suitable for children under the age of 5 years old. Please note we only accept guests who have already had good AirBnB reviews history and the garage is not available.

This home was curated to be the perfect base for your holiday. Located no more than a couple of hundred metres from the lakefront, and town centre only a few minutes drive away (or approximately a 15 minute stroll - with the option of taking the streets, or the lakefront track). Well equipped (including high chair, portacot, as well as toys, board games and lawn games), fully fenced, and beautifully furnished - we hope you enjoy! Welcome to Green Cottage! Enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay in this lovely home situated in the lakeside town of Te Anau. The holiday home has a large covered outdoor area, spacious living and dining areas, as well as a perfectly functioning kitchen. It has all the amenities you want including Wifi, Neftlix, a Smart TV. Situated just a 10 minute walk from central Te Anau or a 5 minute walk from the lakefront, the house is conveniently located close to cafes, restaurants and supermarkets.

Blackwood Cottage

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway looking out over Lake Te Anau and the mountains of Fiordland. Relax on the deck and enjoy the view. Situated on a ten acre block just 5 minutes drive from Te Anau on your way to Milford Sound. A great place to stop on your journey whether you have been hiking through the hills or seeing the sights. Our cute but modern cottage (built 2019) is well equipped with a full kitchen and all the comforts of home. Come and enjoy the serenity!

Black's Hut - Lakefront Cottage

Black's Hut sits on the shores of Lake Te Anau with expansive uninterrupted views of Fiordland. Built in 2022 with quality fixtures and furnishings, entertainment system and hot tub. Excellent unlimited wifi. Black's Hut has been specifically set up to accommodate adults with two separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Extremely private with extensive plantings. Bike track and reserve between the cottage and lake. Just a 15 minute walk along the lakefront to shops and cafes.

The Fox and Fantail

A functional, comfortable tiny home close to the centre of town and the lake. Enjoy relaxing on the spacious deck. A 15 minute walk or 3 minute drive to the centre of town (1.1km) and 10 minutes walk to a great swimming spot at the lake. The property is shared with the hosts but the tiny home is self-contained. Off-street parking, in our driveway, directly in front of the tiny house. There is no TV.
