Delightful stay at the hostel. Would definitely stay again

it's always a joy to stay at the hungry hippie hostel! I meet the nicest people, and the short snowshoeing loop was fun too.

Always love staying at the HHH! This is my 6th or 7th time, and definitely wont be my last. I always look forward to staying at the hostel as much as the rest of my trip. Its one of the most affordable spots near Grand Marais which is whole heartedly appreciated, especially by single travelers on a budget like myself. Keep doing what youre doing! Cant wait for the next time around 😎

Wonderful place to stay. Price was what we were looking for. Location worked out great for everything we wanted to do in the area. The hosts were excellent. We would stay there again.

What a cool spot! I loved all that is happening on the land, and the comfort of the hostel. We were there with only one other couple, so it was a privilege to have the place mostly to ourselves!

Cost stay with a great view of Lake Superior and a fun farm atmosphere. We will be back for sure

Great place. Would have liked warmer blankets for the night, as I tend to run cold. The amenities were clean and they even have a sauna. The bed and shutters felt really private, and there were nice showers available. Very pleasant common area, as well. I had a hard time initially finding staff to check in with and let me into the building because I was a very last minute booking. Once there was someone on the scene, they were very helpful.

this is my second time staying there and they're always super warm and welcoming. it's a wonderful location only about a 10 minute walk to canal park which is hard to beat for the price and they're dog friendly.

The private room was just what I needed. The view was beautiful, the bed was so comfortable I didn’t want to leave it, the space and the staff and other guests were kind, and I’d definitely stay here again. I easily took the bus to the Inter-City Mall to shop, and it’s within walking distance from all sorts of lovely spots downtown. It’s perfect for a solo traveller like me, and also fit for couples and groups. I’ll be back.
