The location won't disappoint. Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Just a stroll across The Mall to Pilot Bay beach or 100 metres to the base of Mount Maunganui. Easy access to shops, restaurants, cafes, hot pools, walking tracks, and beaches. Swim or surf at the main beach or in the calmer water of Pilot Bay. Walk around the base of the Mount or climb the many tracks to see the beautiful 360 views. This house is 3 storey and has 3 sun-drenched decks with views

Large inner city 60s apartment, waterfront, stunning views. Free on & off-street parking, fast internet, Netflix, Amazon Prime. Walk 5 mins to city centre, shops, parks, cafés, bars, & restaurants. Drive 9 mins to Mt Maunganui beaches. Perfect for singles, couples, and business travellers. Queen bedroom & spacious lounge with comfy sofas. PLEASE NOTE: 1. There's NO AIR CONDITIONING, we have fans only. 2. Our place is not suitable for children. 3. Cars on the expressway below us, make some noise.

Kawaha Manor, lakeside cosy family unit

Welcome to Kawaha Manor built in 1950 our place has a lot of character with great views of the lake especially from the lawn and gazebo, the second bedroom has two single beds and the lounge has a bed settee for those extra guests the unit has just been renovated all very nice ,chandeliers and pictures of Rotorua finish it off The unit has everything all you need to bring is your clothes and food , hope to see you soon here at Lake Rotorua which is the main tourist centre in the North Island

Wytchwood Lake House - Where Time Stands Still

Wytchwood Lake House is steps away from the lake edge - just follow the wide garden path down to the water. It is comfortably furnished, with a warm, cosy fire in winter and doors opening onto both front and back decks for summer. The sheltered back deck overlooking the garden is great for outdoor dining, while the expansive front deck overlooks Lake Rotorua, giving you great sunsets and night views of the city lights. The property is a 20 min drive from the city, down a shared drive.

The location is very quiet, but it is only a short walk (15-20 mins) or taxi ride to the bustle of the CBD. The property is a tastefully renovated 3-Bedroom (optional 4th Bedroom) cottage with a range of amenities to ensure your comfort and enjoyment. There is ample parking for at least four vehicles.

Welcome to our home, located on the lakefront of Lake Rotorua! You will be living in your own private quarters, with amazing views directly onto the lake, with no obstruction. The place is 5 min to the Ngongotaha village, and 10min drive to Rotorua centre. We hope you will enjoy the peacefulness of the location, the convenience of walking barefoot to the lake straight from your room, and luxury of waking up to the sunrise/watching the sunset from your room.

An authentic 1940's Fisherman's cottage, a relaxing lakeside retreat. Safe beach for children. Modern conveniences. Renowned area for trout fishing, 8 Km to Rotorua. Five minutes drive to tourist attractions Skyline Skyrides, the Luge, Rainbow Springs, Mitai Cultural Show. The Agrodome, the Zorb. Great mountain biking on forest trails.
