Bel Tramonto Luxurious Rustic Elegance

Bel Tramonto is Italian for "beautiful sunset" and there are plenty of those on offer at this peaceful and private rural retreat. Enjoy them from the secluded hot tub overlooking a native bush valley complete with waterfall. Within half an hour you can be at the beautiful beaches of Mt Maunganui & Papamoa or enjoying the tourism Mecca of Rotorua A 1650 hectare all terrain playground is five minutes away, offering a range of activities. Auckland is a 2.5 hour drive away or a 30 minute flight.

Forest Manor Apartment - Walk/Bike to the Redwoods

GOOD SIZED seperate apartment in our home. A large bedroom (comfortably sleeps 4), lounge (with Netflix), dining and kitchen. Good for families, singles & couples. You have off street parking & self access is via your own entrance courtyard. Forest access is amazing: 100's km of hilking and biking trails across the road. 5km from the centre of town and good restaurant/cafes/takeaways/local shops within 1km. There is some noise travel in the kitchen area as it is adjoined to our home.

Kawaha Manor, lakeside cosy family unit

Welcome to Kawaha Manor built in 1950 our place has a lot of character with great views of the lake especially from the lawn and gazebo, the second bedroom has two single beds and the lounge has a bed settee for those extra guests the unit has just been renovated all very nice ,chandeliers and pictures of Rotorua finish it off The unit has everything all you need to bring is your clothes and food , hope to see you soon here at Lake Rotorua which is the main tourist centre in the North Island

Welcome! If you are looking for a place to rest on your journey, or if you'd like to make this your temporary home away from home, this is the perfect place for you. We have OUR OWN PRIVATE LAKE ACCESS and can cater for boat trailers. It is a downstairs, self-contained, with its own private entrance Our location is around 18 to 20 minutes from Rotorua, the nearest supermarket for supplies is 15 minutes away, you will pass it as you drive to us from Rotorua. We don't cater for 2-10yr olds

This recently refurbished space offers a king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom, and kitchenette with a fridge, toaster and kettle. The property also features secure bike storage, plenty of free street parking, and one dedicated parking space, making it the ideal base for both relaxation and exploration.

Wonderful Modern Private Lynmore Loft

Lancewood Loft is a spacious, warm and sunny studio, recently refurbished, with its own deck and garden, and with easy access. Modern bathroom, kitchenette, and heat pump. Can accommodate a couple or family, with extra 2 people on sofa bed and mattresses on floor. Easy walking and biking distance to, and with lovely views of, the Redwoods Forest. Private and sunny landscaped deck and garden area. Off street parking. Safe, central and handily located.

Cosy Clean Unit in Central Location.

Enjoy our cosy, self contained bedsit unit which is detached from the main house with its own private entrance and off street parking. Our unit is not modern in design or decor but it is clean and central with a comfy double bed, fresh linen, towels, and hot water for showering. Simple breakfast supplied and all for a reasonable rate in quiet cul de sac street, just 20 minutes walk to town centre, or 5 min bus ride to resturants and sightseeing attractions.

The Murray's suite - ensuite bathroom, kitchenette

Experience all that Rotorua has to offer from this centrally located, self contained unit next to Central Mall, Countdown and The Warehouse. A five minute walk to a range of restaurants, bars and the city centre; and a ten minute walk to Eat Street and the lake front. The world renowned Redwoods and mountain biking are an easy ride away, while the gondolas, luge and the many beautiful tourist attractions and pristine lakes are just a short drive by car.

Quiet Peaceful Retreat

Come relax and unwind in our peaceful Retreat snuggled down a long and private driveaway surrounded by beautiful native birds and trees. Our property is attached to our home with your own entrance. We have a small stream running around it and there is a reserve on the otherside where you can take a relaxing morning walk or evening stroll. Our home is conveniently located within 5 minutes to Rotorua CBD, and 10mins to most tourist attractions.
