~ the hunting huts~ a fresh take on the kiwi bach

The quintessential kiwi bach, simple and functional, set in complete privacy within our farm on a stunning site high above all else. Originally hunting huts, this unique holiday home is actually four separate buildings that are linked by a large outdoor deck. We replaced roofing, renewed the decking and renovated the insides to create a unique holiday home that has a special character all its own. The front two pods are the living spaces: kitchen/dining and lounge each with stacker doors which open up onto the central deck. The two rear pods are identical in configuration, each split into a double room and a bunk room with internal access to each other, perfect for one family per pod. The bathroom adjoins the lounge and has a shower over a bath, a toilet and a double vanity. The utility room has washer, dryer and laundry tub and a second toilet. The outdoor shower on the northern deck is a completely open showering experience! Both double bedrooms enjoy the unequalled lake views and you'll wake to see the sun rising over Mount Tarawera. A genuine Stoked Hot Tub sits under a pohutukawa on the edge of the front lawn and is a perfect way to relax and enjoy the vista by day and the famous starfilled lake Tarawera sky by night. The lake bach is ideally suited for... ROMANTIC ESCAPES Think fluffy white towels, crisp sheets on a plush super king bed, relaxing together with the stunning lake and mountain backdrop, long soaks in the luxurious Stoked hot tub and cheeky outdoor shower all set in complete privacy and solitude. Finalist in Airbnb Best Nature Stay Dogs must not be aggressive and as they will share the space with sheep be trained or on a leash. Rustic hand built cabin, solar powered only with basic ammenities. Great to unwind and get back to simpler living. Recycled and natural products used in the cabin Close to Hobbiton, TeWaihou Blue springs and Waiwere falls Wear long clothing in the evenings as there are insects by the river Arriving late, follow the solar lights down the drive to your cabin

Hinemoa Guesthouse beside Skyline Rotorua

Keep it simple at this peaceful, newly built guesthouse, located only a 3min walk from Skyline Rotorua - home of the Gondola, Luge and Crankworks. Supermarkets & fast food are all within walking distance and the CBD and Ngongotaha both less than a 10 minute drive away. Stylish Black Cottage for two- Okoroire

Inside our spacious newly renovated Black Cottage, you have a small full kitchen with farmhouse sink, large fridge/freezer, gas cooktop, microwave, air fryer, and Nespresso. In the lounge area there’s a smart screen tv- Netflix . Through the slider barn door to a large bedroom with plush king bed, laden with luxury linen and a walk in wardrobe leaving you ample space,+ comfortable reading chair. Walk though to the walk in tile shower, handbasin and toilet- there is also a Laundry in your room.

Spacious lakeside retreat at The Willows

Affordable comfort at Kawaha Point. Generously appointed 2 level, 4 bedroom home in a stunning setting - the perfect lake edge family holiday location. Sleeps up to 12 - ideal for two or more families or groups wanting to share a holiday experience and costs. An additional apartment above the garage is also available for an additional $150 per night for larger groups. This has an extra shower, toilet, kitchenette, king bedroom and single bedroom and internal access to the rest of the house.

Retro styled with Spa in Rotorua

Enjoy a stylish experience at this retro-inspired home located near to all that Rotorua has to offer - Short drive to the city, bike trails, lake and attractions. Has a beautiful 2-person spa in a private outdoor room. Perfect to relax and unwind after a day cycling or a romantic private getaway at night with delightful fairy lights creating soft ambience. Our humble holiday bach is not motel-luxury but it is clean and has all the amenities of home with a full kitchen and washing machine.

All Welcome Premium Property SkyLine

Our stylish revamped Art Deco house. has everything you need, very comfortable lovely furnishings, enjoy our gourmet kitchen, large deck with swimming pool in the summer and across the road from some of New Zealand's major tourist attractions like Skyline Skyrides. We have one outdoor front of property camera only, for property & vehicle safety that can be disarmed if requested after check in. All public holidays minimum stay 2 days, Christmas/New Years minimum stay 3 days.
