This is a fully self contained studio suite, with separate access on the edge of our family home. You have full access to the entire property which includes a hot tub spa pool, fire pit and trampoline. Kayaks and stand up paddleboards are available if you would like a touch of adventure. These facilities are all shared.

Operiana Cottage

Welcome to our humble oasis, located 10 minutes out of Rotorua in the small township of Ngongotaha. This comfy cottage offers one bedroom plus a sofa bed. The property is located two-minutes walk from lake Rotorua, so is the ideal spot for fishermen and people who enjoy water sports, such as kayaking. We also offer a spa pool to relax in for the cooler months. This has something for everyone whether you are a mountain biker or wanting a quiet place to rest. Welcome to Operiana Cottage!

Wytchwood Lake House - Where Time Stands Still

Wytchwood Lake House is steps away from the lake edge - just follow the wide garden path down to the water. It is comfortably furnished, with a warm, cosy fire in winter and doors opening onto both front and back decks for summer. The sheltered back deck overlooking the garden is great for outdoor dining, while the expansive front deck overlooks Lake Rotorua, giving you great sunsets and night views of the city lights. The property is a 20 min drive from the city, down a shared drive.

Delightful rural 2 Bedroom home with stunning panoramic views of rolling farmland from the main bedroom and kitchen/lounge area, with a wonderful large north facing deck. This home is only 5 mins from Ngongotaha Village. A short drive to the Agrodome, Agroventures, Fairy Springs, and Skyline Skyrides. Just a 12 min drive to Rotorua City. There is walking access to the popular trout fishing 'Waiteti Stream', so pack your favourite fishing gear during the local trout fishing season.

My place is in Lynmore suburb, and only a block away from the forest, home to Rotorua's iconic redwoods and world-famous mountainbike trails. You’ll love my place because of its holiday house feel, the location and lush garden. My place is ideal for mountainbikers, couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). And there's the added bonus of my fresh bread and coffee beans each morning. Discounts for > 2 day stays, and no cleaning fee
