Peaceful Country Retreat - 10 mins to hot pools

A 2 bedroom quaint cottage, overlooking your own little petting farm. This property is a great option for families with children wanting to get away from city life or a romantic getaway for a couple. Rural enough to have the relaxing farm feel, while close enough to the city to be within range of all the major attractions Rotorua has to offer. The cottages private back garden boasts beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. There's a full 6 acres to roam, plenty of space for kids to play.

Affordable lake edge luxury at The Willows

Affordable luxury at Kawaha Point. Generously appointed 2 level, 4 bedroom home in a stunning setting - the perfect lake edge family holiday location. Sleeps up to 12 - ideal for two or more families or groups wanting to share a holiday experience and costs. An additional apartment above the garage is also available for an additional $150 per night for larger groups. This has an extra shower, toilet, kitchenette, king bedroom and single bedroom and internal access to the rest of the house.

The house features beautiful wooden floors with wonderfully crafted furniture, a stylish open-plan living area with an entertainer's kitchen including a large island bench to sit around. A Lovely Spot- your hub for relaxation or action

Want bird song, starry skies and a sense of rest? Come here and get re invigorated. Cute country cottage retreat. Totally secluded but also only 7 mins from the airport, 10 mins to a supermarket/takeaways or 15 mins to CBD. Are you a fisherman? We're on the door step to all the lakes. Biking your thing? Famous trails are 15 mins away. Go hard during the day then eat out or cook at home. Watch the sun setting as you relax on the deck with a glass of wine. Curl up by the fire in winter.

Wytchwood Lake House - Where Time Stands Still

Wytchwood Lake House is steps away from the lake edge - just follow the wide garden path down to the water. It is comfortably furnished, with a warm, cosy fire in winter and doors opening onto both front and back decks for summer. The sheltered back deck overlooking the garden is great for outdoor dining, while the expansive front deck overlooks Lake Rotorua, giving you great sunsets and night views of the city lights. The property is a 20 min drive from the city, down a shared drive.

The location is very quiet, but it is only a short walk (15-20 mins) or taxi ride to the bustle of the CBD. The property is a tastefully renovated 3-Bedroom (optional 4th Bedroom) cottage with a range of amenities to ensure your comfort and enjoyment. There is ample parking for at least four vehicles.

This charming cottage has so much character and ticks lots of boxes. Fully furnished and fenced. Garage for bike storage. Doors out to private deck, fireplace, wooden floors, TV, unlimited Wifi, comfortable beds, lovely linen, bath and shower, separate toilet, small office, grassy backyard, short stroll to CBD. Breakfast options. Stand alone entire house and section to yourself in a quiet neighbourhood. Sunny and easy to relax here. Suit small groups/professionals.

My place is in Lynmore suburb, and only a block away from the forest, home to Rotorua's iconic redwoods and world-famous mountainbike trails. You’ll love my place because of its holiday house feel, the location and lush garden. My place is ideal for mountainbikers, couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). And there's the added bonus of my fresh bread and coffee beans each morning. Discounts for > 2 day stays, and no cleaning fee
