Upstairs Studio Apartment, including fridge, microwave, small countertop oven, espresso machine. Coffee and tea provided. Small galley kitchen, separate bathroom with shower and toilet. Views over park off street parking and private entrance. Use of laundry facilities, wifi, tv and Netflix. Rotorua is very centrally located to Tauranga /Mount Maunganui, Whakatane, Hobbiton and Taupo. Very close to Rotorua township and attractions (10 /12 minutes by car) and very close to public transport.

Spacious modern downstairs guest suit on Kawaha Point a quiet street with views of the lake and town. Suitable for two adults only no children . No laundry , double glazed furnished seperate bedroom with queen bed , work space, seperate lounge area with kitchenett ,microwave fridge , toaster and jug , (no oven or hot plate. )smart TV . LILAC HOUSE ON THE LAKE

Lilac House is a very private and peaceful property. Up a long driveway overlooking Lake Rotorua. A great place to unwind, relax and explore the wonderful attractions that Rotorua has to offer. Guests have their own external entrance. There is a boat ramp directly across the road at the end of the driveway. Only minutes away from some of the famous trout spots and the Hamurana Springs. There is a footpath for those who enjoy a walk right on the lake from the bottom of the driveway.

Vista at Kawaha Point

Quiet neighbourhood, with lake close by. Guests have the entire ground floor apartment to themselves with separate entrance door and private access to courtyard and lovely garden (my husband and I live upstairs). Close to Skyline Skyride/gondola, Rainbow Springs, Mitai, Canopy Tours and other tourist spots. Free Wifi. Great heating. Cereal, Milk, fresh Plunger-coffee, Tea variety, but no-cooking facilities. Lounge opens to private garden, with outdoor table and chairs.

Lake Okareka, Lakehouse studio apartment

Our studio apartment is located at beautiful Lake Okareka and is approximately 100m walk from its shores. The central location is in close proximity to the Whakarewarewa Forest for Mountain Biking and walks, Lake Tarawera, the Okataina walkway and cycle track as well as the Redwoods and an approximate drive of 12 - 15 minutes to the Rotorua CBD. It is perfect for couples and solo adventurers, there is also a fold out couch that is suitable for an extra person/child.

Centrally located, with elevated views. Your space is completely detached, with full privacy, carpark, lockbox entry. Making for the perfect spot for an intimate boutique feel get away. Tastefully designed modern lockwood/rustic chic complemented with rich textures in mind. Coffee & tea selection is provided within your room for your stay. Thoughtfully equipped appliances - kettle, toaster & microwave for your convenience. However no full kitchen cooking facilities.

Luxury apartment, hot tub & free wifi

Luxury two bedroom self contained apartment. Quality bed linens and towels. Hot tub, unlimited wifi. The apartment is below our brand new home, however, it is completely separate with your own private entrance and outdoor areas. We are two minutes walk away from Rotorua Tree Trust and a five minute drive to world class mountain biking and walking trails. This apartment is not suitable for young children who need space to run around inside.
