Nicole and her husband were extremely accommodating for us and even offered to go above and beyond a bit knowing that our night out was part of a special celebration, which was very nice! The decor makes you feel right at home and their bedroom had one of the softest beds we've ever felt. Their animals are very friendly - say hi to MooMoo the pig for me!

This place was just as incredible as the pictures. Everything was clean and available. The pool, hot tub, fire pit, game room were all operational and fun. Jake and Valentina are incredibly cordial and responsive. My children LOVED this place. Would definitely come back again. All families who are traveling to Dallas should consider this location.

We had a great time. Back porch is lovely, hot tub was great, house is beautiful. Appreciated the board games! We walked into town for the festival and had a great time. Thanks for having us!

It's a really nice house and location. The back patio and pool area were really nice. We had a group of 6 adults, and it was fine for us. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The location really made a difference. A supermarket, CVS, gas station, liquor store, and restaurants were within a mile of the location. It made it very convenient. The pool table and garage area is a nice touch and gave more room to spread out. Master bedroom is huge and the master shower is really nice. Would stay again.

If our plans and family were a “hand” then Nick and Karen’s place FIT LIKE A GLOVE. Perfect amount of room for everyone while still being very spacious and providing great extras that were perfect for if you’re just wanting to hang out. This trip was booked for my family to surprise my mother for her 50th. We haven’t all been together for a while so we wanted a nice place where we could all stay together and eat together and just be together to celebrate! We also had 3 babies (1 yr old and younger) with us and can I just say, all the doors opened and closed so nice and quiet and the fans provided great circulation. Nice and clean 👌🏽 easy check in and check out!!

Great place for families! First of all, Stephen was so great at communicating and accommodating our needs. He even bought a new high chair for our toddler (we appreciate it so much!). The house is in a quiet neighborhood and is so close great playgrounds, grocery stores and restaurants. The pool and spa were great.

Mesh was a great host!! Booked at the last minute and he graciously confirmed the booking and got us in the property asap.

Just as advertised. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was comfortable, spacious. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor space with views of beautiful horses. Exactly what we were looking for! We would love to visit again.

Great weekend stay with extended family. Plenty of room for everyone and very family friendly. The house was well maintained and clean. One thing of note, the hot tub instructions state that the heat up time is 15-30 minutes, however the hot tub never reached a temperature above 82-85. We did not reach out to our host with this matter as it did not affect our stay, so our experience with this might not be the norm. We will definitely look to book this property again should we be in the area.

This place looked just like the photos.! It was perfect.! Not far from the interstate.! Walmart was about 10 minutes away. They were very helpful when I asked any questions.! This house was amazing.!! The outside area is the chill spot.! He has tvs everywhere outside so you won’t miss any that your watching.!

My family and I loved everything about this property. The house was so comfortable and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, I didn't want to leave. This house was perfect for our large group of moms and daughters. The neigborhood is quiet and beautiful and the property is verr private. Lots to do and lots of space so we didn't feel cramped.

Incredible home! There was enough space for my whole family to sleep comfortably, and we have a pretty large family. The kids loved the amenities which kept them busy all day! Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay! Super cozy space and very cabin-esque! The kitchen/grill area was useful and stocked with lots of supplies/necessities. Fun little walk to the pond on property. Very peaceful and quiet. The beginning of our stay was COLD while the end of our stay was HOT; however, the a/c unit and space heater in the cabin kept us comfortable under both conditions. The bed was very comfy. Definitely recommend this place!

The house was very spacious and perfect for our Easter getaway.. 3 of the 6 bedrooms had bathrooms and was perfect for couples. Also, had 2 kitchen and eating areas as well. The back yard was very spacious and we were able to play kickball.. The back yard also leads to the lake and perfect for early morning coffee walks. The only thing is the day before our check in we were notified of a deposit needed incase we left the house messy or for broken items. However the deposit was refunded within a few days..

This was a great experience. We were able to rest, relax, and connect. The house was beautiful and had a lot of amenities that supported our travel.

David's place was exactly as described, and David was an excellent Host. The Occasion was a Family Wedding (mine), and my grandkids loved every minute. It was stocked like no Airbnb I have ever been to, and David's help with the animals and helping my kids get loaded up at the end of our visit was above and beyond what anyone else would have done. Wonderful stay at A-frame State of Mind! House was perfect for our girls’ trip and had all the amenities listed PLUS more. Beds were super-comfy, view was so peaceful, and the detailed instructions were unmatched by any other ABnB I’ve stayed in. The night lights throughout the house were so helpful when getting up in the middle of night. Would highly recommend and hope to return for another visit! We loved the whole vibe of this beautiful property. It was a great getaway. The view was awesome, especially from the hot tub! The beds and furniture were comfortable. It was a pleasure to stay here and I would definitely book it again.
