This place is very conveniently located close to tours, restaurants, shopping, etc. The Bungalow is close to the breathtakingly scenic Rim Trail for hiking/biking. For a quiet, relaxing, spa-like space close to all the action, there is nothing else like this in the area.

Pavlova's is an 1800 square foot state of the art dance studio with sprung oak floors, mirrors, ballet barres, yoga mats, therabands, and piano. The bathroom features shower, bidet, lighted mirrors and boutique amenities, refrigerator in studio.. Our atrium is enhanced with live foilage and spiral staircase decorated with candles for a romantic ambiance. The king size bed is comfy and roomy. My husband Gerry is a home coffee roaster. Beautiful house with a beautiful view! Perched above Powell with a wonderful view of The lake & mountains, with a nice porch with which to enjoy the view! We have an oversized 2 car garage, & room for a boat in the driveway. This is NOT the typical current day generic ABNB, this is our home. We work hard to make it feel like home! Kitchen is very well stocked. We are dog friendly, but we request a pet fee of $75 prior to your stay. please let us know that you have dogs at booking.

40 Acre Escalante Canyon Retreat

This river front home tucked in between large cottonwood shade trees with views on all sides of the Escalante Canyon, meadows, cliffs, and river. Hike from the front door to first class scenic wonders. There are natural wonders right out the front door and within an hour's drive. Look for deer and wild turkey in the meadow in the mornings and evenings and watch the cloud shadows change over the canyon walls. Head up or down the canyon into rugged wilderness, and return home to comfort.

The sunsets are amazing and the if your here for the balloon regatta or the 4th of July your in for a treat! Best place to be for both of those events! Step out onto the golf course at sunset for stunning canyon and lake views! Great location! We can't accommodate ANY animals due to severe allergies.
