Pepin Marina Retreat: Street Level Loft Apartment

The Pepin Marina Retreat: Main Floor Studio Apartment is across from the Pepin Marina in the quaint village of Pepin Wisconsin. The open floor plan layout is the former home to an ice cream shop built in 2010, with a brand new kitchen and island peninsula, with a view to the lake. This loft-style space is perfect for two people (but could accommodate more kids on pull-out couches for up to 5 people to share). This can be rented solo or in combination with the upstairs cottage apartment!

Water's Edge House on Tainter Lake

Gorgeous little house with cap cod feel, right on the water. We call this baby "Water's Edge on Tainter Lake". Perfect way for a quick escape from the Twin cities, only 50 minutes away. Fish off the permanent dock on the water. Beautiful views and sunsets on a fun, active recreational lake. Short boat ride to Jake's super club. The lakefront screen porch provides the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with a good book. Two sit on top kayaks are included. Bikes are available and hiking and biking trails are just across the street.

New, beautifully designed carriage house a block from Lake Hiawatha near the airport and Minnehaha Falls. Walk to coffee shops, restaurants, Minnehaha Creek, light rail. Large windows with lots of light, kitchen, washer/dryer, A/C, TV, fast Wifi internet. We built our space to be a quiet refuge in the city, providing plenty of light and amenities to sit and chill for days, but also great access to explore everything the city has to offer.

Stay in your own private home which was recently remodeled and is located one block from Lake Phalen. The home has a full kitchen which is fully stocked. Breakfast and light snacks are included with your stay. The cushioned chairs and the loveseat have covers which are washed between each guest. The large patio located between the homes is a great place to relax and listen to the fountain or enjoy a meal.
