***Theres currently limited access to the common areas, gym and rooftop due to covid. Please follow regulatory guidlines. Can fit 6 if needed but more suitable for 2-4 people** Close to 1000sq feet inside. Glasshouse downtown. Floor to Ceiling Windows. My place is close to nightlife, public transport, the city center, NHL Hockey Rink, Restaurants, Downtown, Parks and Museums . This is a basement suite ideal for short or long stay. It contains 2 perfect, relaxing bedrooms. Each of the rooms is equipped with smart Tv (cables & Netflix enabled) ; comfortability and enjoyment away from home. If you are considering a family friendly apartment to stay, I would say this is a place to consider. The entire basement suite is yours; your privacy is guaranteed. Thoughtfully decorated with all the conveniences of home. Whether working or just relaxing, you will surely love the balcony with barbecue, hot tub, sauna, or gym. Heated indoor parking for mid sized vehicle, sorry no trucks. Main floor of the building is connected to a convenience store, restaurant, and vape shop. Within walking distance of the art gallery, MTS, & Convention Centre , the Forks, & Osborne Village with trendy shops and restaurants. 2 day min. stay. Welcome!

Spacious one bedroom condo, newly renovated, located in the heart of Pembina Hwy alongside Red river. 5 minutes away from University of Manitoba, and Investors Group field Stadium. 8 minutes away from St. Vital Mall. You'll love the open space and location. Great for students, parents who are visiting their University kids, couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers.
