The apartment is located in a quiet cove of Lake Martin, but only a short distance to the big water for the perfect combination of relaxation and adventure. Less than 1 mile to River North Marina by boat or car for fuel and gear, 3.4 miles by car and closer by boat to Alex City boat ramp to put in your toys. North lake is best for good water and good fishing. Tons of parking. Downstairs master. Short, gentle slope to the water with 0 stairs from parking to inside home to the boat. 35 miles to Auburn.

This tiny cabin nestled in the woods is the ideal place to relax, unwind and enjoy nature near the lake! Located in Manoy Creek on Lake Martin, it is less than 250 steps to the water through a wooded trail and offers lake access in the summer and creek access in the winter with a shared dock area. Relax on the covered porch , by the fire pit, fish on the banks of the creek or enjoy a day of adventure on a kayak or boat which can be kept at the shared dock.

Located on the Montgomery side, this amazing Lake House sits on a flat lot offers 450 feet of water front. It is very private. There are many outdoor areas like the gazebo, two docks, fire pit, and a floating dock. You'll love the coziness of the large fireplace and the open floor plan with high ceilings. You're 5 minutes from Children's Harbor and 10 minutes from Catherine's Market and The Springhouse. Make sure to make a reservation for Springhouse.
