Wind down with a glass of wine next to the fire pit & enjoy the sunset over the lake. We can't wait to host you! Note: The house does NOT have direct lake access.

Waterfront Group-friendly House on Livingston

We can't wait to host y'all in at our lake house! The space comfortably fits 8 people and we will accommodate up to two pets over 1 year old and under 50 lbs for an additional $25/night. There is plenty to do in the house - 65" tv with Netflix, Hulu & Amazon, games & puzzles, books & a wii. Outside, there is plenty more to do with lawn games, and a lake right out the back door and next to a boat launch. And, if you'd like a change in scenery, Livingston is just a 10 minute drive away.

Enjoy the solitude and beauty of a stay at the Cottage at Jones Road Ranch overlooking grazing horses. Located just a short distance from the Huntsville square this prime location makes for easy travel for any occasion that brings you to town.

Local activities, Livingston Lake, the Sam Houston Wine Trail, and quaint downtown, are all within a few miles drive.
