Relaxation on the lake -lakefront-private dock

Incredible waterfront property with expansive views of Lake Livingston. Serene lake views can be seen from all three decks. Game room and plenty of water toys to enjoy. There is something for everyone; fishing, swimming, canoeing, paddle boarding, nights around the fire. Take a dip at the community pool. Enjoy the sunrise and sunsets from the private boat dock. Relax in the peaceful and quite surroundings and make lasting memories. Located in a gated community. Community boat ramp available.

A Close Getaway - Entire house on a private lake

Need to escape? We've done the work! INCLUDED: Breakfast - eggs, bagels, oatmeal, coffee, filtered water, creamer, sugar & a tea selection. Location is secluded, not remote! Got a boat? Bring it! Boat access inc. @ neighborhood ramp. 1100 SF lakefront house in Montgomery, TX. 4 PPL - 2 Bdrms: 2 queen beds, 2 baths, Max is 5 (+ nightly fee for the 5th). 2 porches, charcoal grill & paddle boat! * FIDO friendly! 30lbs - $25 fee - per pet/ESA pet fee- same. We love all pets, got a big dog? Ask us!

Unique Location. Best part of the lake!

Lakeside getaway, perfect for couples, or relax with the whole family. Hang by the fire pit, and make smores. Catch fish right off the dock and grill them on our outdoor patio. Kayak to Goat Island. Send the kids up to the game room or work in our office while looking over the lake. Enjoy beautiful sunset and sunrise views from our patio deck or from our spacious master bed room. This house is fully stocked with all your needs including Keurig coffee. Manager available for any issues.

White House Retreat on White Rock Creak

Spacious, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, located on large water front acreage with private boat ramp and protective cove on beautiful Lake Livingston perfect for kayaking and canoeing and boating and fishing a short boat ride to Goat Island where there are sandy beaches for excellent swimming. Property has beautiful shade trees perfect for outdoor activities we have volleyball, horseshoes, bean bag toss, tetherball, and washer toss. House has Jacuzzi tub in master bathroom. Ramp & Dock shared with cabin

Waterfront Group-friendly House on Livingston

We can't wait to host y'all in at our lake house! The space comfortably fits 8 people and we will accommodate up to two pets over 1 year old and under 50 lbs for an additional $25/night. There is plenty to do in the house - 65" tv with Netflix, Hulu & Amazon, games & puzzles, books & a wii. Outside, there is plenty more to do with lawn games, and a lake right out the back door and next to a boat launch. And, if you'd like a change in scenery, Livingston is just a 10 minute drive away.
