The place was amazing and the backyard was incredible with its view, outdoor kitchen, pool and jacuzzi and lighting for night. It accommodated all 3 of our boats for parking which are not small boats. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay in Havasu.

LEE est génial trés gentil, trés serviable, la maison est grande calme tout le confort nécessaires, propre, tout est parfait merci encore LEE pour tout nous reviendrons avec le plus grand plaisir

Beautiful, exactly as described..,Master suite has a very expensive mattress which is so -so comfortable…,A must sleep..,lol. We will definitely return in September Boat launch is 7 mins away..” State Six “!!!,Free and barely used by tourists… Pool table cue sticks need new ends/bumpers only complaint…. AC /ice cold.. Nest controlled, kitchen well stocked.. Pool is clean and refreshing…

The house was amazing! Perfect little oasis in Lake Havasu. Highly recommend the house! Pool and Hot Tub were amazing. Great views in all directions from the house. Close to London Bridge and all lake activities. Hosts were super responsive and always had a solution and instructions!

We loved this place! It was super close to the beach and downtown, the backyard and pool were awesome, and it was exactly what we expected! Sean was very responsive and super friendly as well! Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay. Easy and effortless.

We go to Havasu every summer to spend a few months there with family and friends. Franks place was absolutely perfect. 3 spacious bedrooms and a beautiful pool and spa for those long summer nights. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and was very private. Frank was very friendly and helpful. We would recommend his place to anyone and he welcomes pets which made it the perfect choice for us.

They say everything happens for a reason… and we were meant to stay here! What a beautiful place and host has a beautiful heart and love of being of service to others! Could not have stayed at a better place this past weekend! Thank you for all you do, it truly shows how much you love having people visit your property. Very unique and eclectic!
